We purchased a semi-industrial warehouse through Dutch and Dutch back in 2005 and asked them to visit us today to discuss renting it out. They were so free with their advice and my directors and I had actually never felt so comfortable talking to estate agents. They are the total antithesis of what one comes to expect of the breed. We felt in the safest of hands and we look forward to marketing through them.

Just off the phone to the receptionist here. While I appreciate my request was for a historic listing, I was after some useful insights for that specific building. Refused to pass me through to the sales team ....if anything unfortunately was a little harsh with me and not helpful other than wanting to pass my details along. Time sensitive situation otherwise would of complied. I would of hoped being agents in the area they could of provided some useful knowledge for a potential buyer of NW6

We had the most amazing experience with Huw Howell-Pryce from Dutch & Dutch. I rang Dutch & Dutch to register with them as we were looking to move house (rental) and still hadn't found anything after 6 weeks of looking. Huw immediately knew what I was looking for and arranged for me to go and see an off market property that very same day. The flat was incredible - complete with a roof terrace. Huw was knowledgable, supportive, friendly, transparent and most importantly, was very punctual in responding to our many requests. He turned around the contract from viewing to contract completion within 3 days. Since we've moved in, Dutch & Dutch have been equally quick to respond and helpful in managing the property. They really are a cut above the rest, that's for sure!

Not the first time we have contracted Dutch & Dutch Estate Agents for their letting services. Jack was on the “ball” from day one, pushing our property. Always kept us informed with outcomes from viewings, how best to market it and at what price.
After lots of hard work he managed to find us a suitable tenant. Even during the legal process he pushed the solicitors to complete as quickly as possible and helped us with hurdles that we came across.

Have recently sold a flat through Dutch and Dutch.
I had bought my flat through them, so thought it would make perfect sense as the original service on the purchase was excellent. From the outset, James Clark and Max Heath, who handled the sale, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go so far as to say that selling a property is 'fun' but they made it as painless as possible. They were realistic with the original sale price (as I was keen to move quickly ) as they know the market and the area, and brought all this to the sale working tirelessly throughout the process with the buyer as well as on my side as a vendor. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. If I am ever in the same position in future, my first call will be to Dutch and Dutch. I would like to thank Robert Reiff of Dutch & Dutch for all the help he has given me for the last few months in getting the letting completed on my Warehouse in Stanmore by going above and beyond on what any letting agent would normally do, in project managing for me by arranging for a new 3-Phase Electrical supply to be installed in the building that was required by the new Tenants, and having to deal with UK Power Networks and EDF Energy over these months in getting them to complete the required works. Robert originally sold me the two adjoining buildings many years ago and has always dealt with the subsequent lettings of both of the properties over the ensuing years in a total professional manner so as to relieve me of all of the stress involved on the same. Every time I pass West Hampstead I remember how the most incredible Knitting community shop was evicted because the rent was escalated by 80% and 55% that led to the closure of entire business, and to a big loss to the community! And now that space remained empty for entire year- some Karma for the landlord! I hope you’ll contact the Village Haberdashery owners and would honour them to giving them back this spot!

I have been a tenant for 3 years in a block managed by Dutch & Dutch and have been very happy with the care and attention given to both the block and the residents.
Maintenance checks are regularly carried out and Dena Gold the block Property Manager always sends a courtesy message to keep us in the loop. Buildings and garden area upkeep are also great.
Dena is part of The Best Management Team I’ve encountered in many years.

All the staff we have been in touch with at Dutch and Dutch have been incredibly efficient, attentive and helpful for us. From Huw when we first inquired about our property to Dena who has been looking after us since. I spoke to Huw on the phone regarding viewing a property that I was interested in and then had a viewing with Max who assisted with the rest of the referencing process. Tony has years of experience in his field. But he is also a decent generous and knowledgeable person willing to share his expertise and guide you in the right direction. In a world where estate agents often don't have the best reputations I feel he subverts the stereotype and I would not hesitate to work with him again.

I am extremely pleased to write this review. I rented a property from end of April through Dutch & Dutch. The property was showed to me by Huw. He was so helpful, showed me the property twice, helped me go through the documentation, answered all questions, even the unasked ones, handed over to Max when he was about to go on a holiday and the same wonderful service by Max on my questions and the agreement. Bianca took over as the manager assisting me with my needs after the move. She's been so supportive during the process. As someone who was moving into London after a long time and especially the changed landscape after Covid, I found the right level of support and guidance. Bianca always responded on time, accepting all reasonable requests on changes and accommodating me (especially when my work is so demanding). She's very pleasant to communicate with and I am very pleased and happy with the service. Together they have made my move and stay very smooth. The agent, Max, who showed us around the property was very uninformed, careless and unprofessional. After we’ve made an offer, he forwarded it onto the Landlord few days after (promising earlier to do it the same day). We also asked to be secured a chance to propose counter offer should there be any others, but after being led on for few days, we got an email from the same agent saying the property was already let to someone else. A huge disappointment as we really liked the flat and wasted quite some time because of lack of professionalism from Dutch and Dutch.

Peter Wilson was fantastic in his support on a recent lease. He was always free to talk on the phone or email. He even responded on his day off. There was a personal touch about his skill-set which is very rare in all fields nowadays. Even on key collection day, he asked his colleague to wait after hours so I could collect.
Whilst the transaction is now complete, he is on hand to support with any landlord questions even though he does not collect rent etc.

Very efficient agency, kind employees who helped make the process of moving in very smooth. A lot of the process is done online so they are mostly paperless too. Moved into the flat to find a welcome pack full of toilet paper/kitchen roll/pop corn/biscuits/washing up liquid/vouchers for shopping.
The inventory at the start of the tenancy is done by an external third party to ensure impartiality. All maintenance issues were dealt with within 2 weeks at most. Could not have asked for any better.

Ruined my Saturday and wasted 3 hours of my life travelling to and from London. Received no email and no phone call to tell me the viewing had to be rescheduled and I had to call repeatedly to try and find out. It was only when I arrived in London did I get through to the agent "Matt" who was too lazy to give me a call and lied about sending me an email. Will never use these time wasters again.

However when they put a 'for sale' outside of the wrong property and fail to do anything about after 24 hours notification, you can understand why... Dutch and Dutch, please remove your sign from our property which is not for sale. In putting up the sign, you've also appeared to have caused damage. Thanks

I thought Simon did a fair job on valuing property and importantly did not over value it. I had two other agents go a bit higher and gave one of the others the opportunity to sell. Dutch & Dutch have just completed "the triple" they:
1) Sold my flat for £20k more than they promised and £120k more than some other estate agents thought they could get,
2) Sold me a house (for a full but fair price) and were very understanding, patient and honourable throughout the process and
3) Rented me a flat to live in while some works on the new house are done.
I dealt mainly with Head of Sales, Simon Taylor, and while expected not to see much of him following his initial valuation, he actually personally and skillfully managed all of the above. All my interactions with the rest of the team there were positive.
Key strengths I would say, professional, proactive, trustworthy, highly responsive and understanding.
I can't fault them - they really went the extra mile to allow extra visits to the house I bought, working both early and late & gave good recommendations for specialist insurers, cleaners & contractors.
I chose Dutch & Dutch after having more than 8 estate agents to pitch and definitely made the right choice.
I would recommend using them without hesitation.
