Reuben John gave me excellent advice, not merely about the implications of my intentions regarding the sale of my property, but also about the thinking behind those intentions. He made me consider what I was hoping to achieve in terms of quality of life. This in effect dissuaded me form selling at this stage. The excellence and disinterestness of this advice, however, is a very strong inducement for me to approach him again when I do eventually sell.

Actually we were quite anxious as our Airbnb stay would end soon. We asked for a few viewings and Hamptons team reacted promptly. They showed us a few flats and the renting process was so smooth. Heartfelt thanks to Verity. As we are new here, she explained the procedures to us in detail, even let us do some measurements after the previous tenant has moved out. Her high efficiency also impressed us very much. Highly recommended.

Sam was great. He was frequently in touch with updates and chased solicitors on both sides. It was a really long process (for reasons beyond his control) and he stuck with it, going the extra mile, incredibly patient and giving me excellent advice. Highly recommend selling property with him, you'll get excellent service.

Christina Tacticos has been absolutely incredible. Had some painful experiences with estate agents in the past (not Hamptons) and from the get-go Christina was fantastic. She’s kept us all perfectly informed and up to date with my purchase the whole time, and was incredibly thoughtful and considerate during a period of tense uncertainty. I have recently sold my sister’s house in West Hampstead. Ed and every member of the West Hampstead were very efficient and helpful. As is often the case there were a few issues to be dealt with regarding the house, but they helped me to find solutions. They have my highest recommendation - they all have a great sense of humour as well!
