I feel compelled to write a review since searching for a property to rent in North London over the past two months.
I have found the process to be very time consuming, stressful and none rewarding.
I am however delighted to say, since linking up with Park Heath my faith in lettings has been restored.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Tania Katz who oversees Residential Lettings for the
West Hampstead, South Hampstead and Kensal Rise Offices.
From day one Tania was on the ball, proactive and reactive to any requests I had.
Within two days she managed to find the ideal property for me.
The reason she managed to do this was the fact she listened, understood the brief and delivered.
She has been a real joy to work with and has restored my faith in what can be, a very challenging process.
Other companies that I reached out to have either not responded or if they have, they have missed the point and sent me properties that are either in completely the wrong area, missed the spec or are way above the budget advised.

I'd like to echo what the other reviews have said and thank Tania for helping us to secure a lovely flat over the last few weeks. From her friendliness and flexibility with arranging viewings to her extreme responsiveness (a very rare quality among agents nowadays) and willingness to chase other parties, the process has been nothing like the usual hell of flat hunting. Within the same hour of doing the viewing, we had already heard back from the landlord and started collating our documents.

What an experience would highly recommend this agency extremely efficient and quick to react. Me and my partner where lucky enough to fall into the good hands of Tania, who took such good care of us and made us feel at home before we even saw the place, Tania got in contact with the landlord right after the viewing and we put our holding deposit down within ten minutes.

Parkheath offers good quality properties in Northwest London. If compared to other letting agencies, the process of looking for a flat is less stressful and runs much more smoothly. We looked for a one-bedroom flat for me and my partner for over a month. London's housing market, which requires some structural changes, was extremely competitive this year. Park Heath had, with all honesty, the best properties we saw in the market. My letting agent, Tania Katz, was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning. She listened to our priorities and played a great part in helping us find the right flat. The process of signing the tenancy agreement and moving in has also been easier thanks to Tania, Shaina and other members of the staff in Park Heath.

Ashley at Parkheath was absolutely phenomenal. Obviously viewing properties during lockdown is going to be 'different', but she was amazingly helpful, really honest, and super proactive about finding us the right place - helping us whittle down the search and suggesting things we might not have thought of alone. I have had the good fortune of having Geraldine Creak of Parkheath, managing my property since 2007. Geraldine, is what I would call a dream property manager!!! I assigned her my flat since 2007 and she has done such a splendid job, I virtually haven’t worried about my flat once. I trust her completely as she is a professional with integrity and an amazing work ethic!!! You can expect Geraldine to make sure that there are no voids, that the flat is well looked after, and when there are problems, she calls you with the solution, making sure that you are kept up to date and that you are not losing money. She is always calm and in control and above all makes you feel like you are the only client she has, a rare quality! When our baby was 8months old we decided to move out from the busy life of Central London and go to a more family-friendly residential area. We wanted a house but we didn’t really know what we were looking for.

Parkheath have performed from day one against all the other agents for my BTL property. As a professional Landlord I appreciated the honest and knowledge of the market, and they have delivered each time. As an example, I decided to my property on the market with Kate Brookfield in 2016. Whilst other agents brought around a lot of time wasters Kate delivered immediately on her first viewing with a location agent and for a 2 year contract. Towards the end of the tenancy we decided to start marketing 6 weeks before the tenancy coming to an end at the end of August. In June I received a call asking permission for an early viewing as they felt they had found the perfect tenant who required a move in date in August. The rest is history and this summer will be the first year of the 2 year contract which has been hassle free to date. Therefore I have had no downtime in 4 years!!!!! The team are also lovely, friendly and their work ethic is fantastic but most importantly as a Landlord what I care most about is delivery and professionalism. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service all round from ParkHeath in West Hampsted. Nicole really made us feel comfortable, listened, took our requirements into account and didn't exceed the budget parameters set. Refreshing to have some that listens and doesn't waste our time viewing unsuitable properties. From our initial conversation Nicole gathered three properties best suited, was clear and transparent, followed through on all her commitments agreed between us and the landlord, and arranged for us to visit the property again before we moved in to insure all the work we wanted done had been completed. During our previous moves we have had really poor experiences with Letting Agents and were initially on edge in trying to find a new home. Would without hesitation recommend and use ParkHeath again.
