I completed a development of 7 flats in West Hampstead and initially had several agencies appointed. Goldschmidts managed to rent 6 of them all around the asking rent. They showed unusual integrity where they would advice against potential tenants even if it meant possibly loosing a commission. There main goal is to look after their customer in a professional manner and their compliance is second to none. The letting department is headed by Daniel Haik who is always available to help through the process from beginning to end and I cannot fault. I also dealt with Jonathan Brockiner who is also a complete professional and got results. I cannot recommend this Branch more highly.

We recently used this company to market our mother's flat in Swiss Cottage. It was a probate sale which adds to the usual complications. The service we received was all-round first class. A very well informed and responsive team with excellent local knowledge. They were professional, enthusiatic and well organised. Their advice about the sale price and marketing were fully justified by the eventual result. We are very glad we chose them!

Neil Probert acted for us on the recent sale of our property, and also acted for the vendors in our onward purchase. We were very pleased and impressed with the way he dealt with everything from start to finish. We were a bit sceptical at first about having the same agent sell our property as act for the vendors of the property we wanted to buy, but he dealt with everything in a very fair way ensuring that the process went smoothly and that all parties were satisfied. He was always available to speak, very responsive to our questions and extremely proactive about marketing our property. We would highly recommend him and believe that with another agent we would not have had such a successful result.

The sale of our flat in Aberdare Gardens successfully completed through G&H last week. We worked with Neil Probert at the West Hampstead office and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. Over a four month process he made the whole journey as smooth as possible, regularly updating us on progress and effectively liaising between us and the buyers and solicitors to get the sale to exchange and completion. Neil is someone who takes initiative, makes things happen and doesn't give up until it’s done. He is always helpful, considerate and responsive at all times, even interrupting his Xmas holidays to check on progress. My husband and I were very impressed and we can highly recommend him!

We bought our flat through Neil Probert at Goldschmidt. We had a fantastic experience. Neil was extremely proactive moving things forward and very helpful at every stage. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents from other companies we dealt with. He spoke to us both (man & woman) as equals which is far less common than it should be. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He was comfortable to say when he didn’t know something but always came back promptly with the answer. He would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were impressed by their enthusiasm and seriousness, and by their interesting, concrete ideas for marketing our flat. We felt they would represent our interests well, and we were not disappointed.
