We were purchasers of a house listed by F&C (Whalley) - the communication around the the process was strong as were answers to any questions we had which were relayed to the sellers and which were subsequently always answered in good time and thoroughly. Additionally the marketing material around the property was of a very high quality.
If there was any constructive feedback it would be around the detail surrounding the property itself - when extensions/alterations were made as well as the general background to the house (e.g. when it was built and any ancillary history) - noting that this will be such a considerable purchase to any buyer we felt the agents should have this info to hand.
We found all staff very friendly and extremely helpful throughout and would certainly consider the team if we ever marketed our own house.

Communications were regular, overall we were delighted with the service and process.

First class service!!
When purchasing my new home through Fine & Country I found myself in a long and complicated chain. Both Julie and James were exceptional, proactively chasing for updates across all parties, keeping everyone updated and smoothing out the entire process from start to finish. They really did run the show, demonstrating the true value of an estate agent by driving everyone through to completion.
They are worth their weight in gold and I don’t know what would have happened without them!
