They deserve 0 Amanda bertramelli us the worst estate agents. I paid the holding deposit for a flat completed the references and guarantor applications for them to reassure me that once they are complete I’ve got the house. I receive an email from the agent saying the landlord withdrew application not even a phone call. Unprofessional never seen any service like this. She should be fired for sure... Read more

Just bought a house through Foxes with Ben. Havent always had positive experiences with estate agencies, but can honestly say this was so different. Easiest ever purchase. Ben was so helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. Jo kept us regularly updated on every step of our sale progress, we got the house we wanted at a good price, just got keys and so so happy. A very nice personal touch with the little welcome box, its those personal touches and that customer service that makes such a difference to a buyers experience.
