Condescending, rude and rush for you to sign. Their terms are dodgy their contracts protect the landlord only and their referencing process is weirdly intense. Ryan Morgan in particular will gaslight you into going by their terms only. There is no feeling of cooperation or honesty and transparency. Educated tenants avoid.
