We first used Fraser Wheeler in Dawlish to sell a property there, at that time they were selling more properties than all the other estate agents in the area - we decided they must be doing something right. We were very happy with all aspects of the service. So when our Property needed to be sold in Exeter we went to Chris at Fraser Wheeler, we in fact dealt with Sam, he was so helpful and again our experience from start to finish was excellent. And by the way they sell more houses in Exeter than their competitors - not hard to see why!!!

Bought my first home through Fraser and Wheeler which was very exciting. Amy was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the area and made the process very easy. Other staff members were ok but didn't provide the same level of service as Amy.

We recently sold our house and bought our family home with Fraser and Wheeler and we couldn’t recommend them more. From the get go they were professional, kind and very thoughtful. They encouraged us to price our house competitively and had an offer and sale agreed within 3 weeks. I have a young baby and so they were thoughtful about viewings and appointments, considering our families needs for a new home. Amy, in particular, knew the local area so well which really helped when looking for a suitable neighbourhood for our family. I never felt pushed into making a quick decision without all the information available. I cannot thank Amy, Anita, Rachel and the team at Fraser and Wheeler enough. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have been recommending them to all our friends.

Absolutely fantastic service from Fraser & Wheeler. We brought our first through them & can't recommend them enough.
Big thank you to Amy, Rachel & Chris who helped hugely through what turned out to be a very quick purchase. The line of communication was always very thorough & helpful.
Super friendly & approachable throughout. We would be very happy to have dealings with them again in the future. Thank you for being a credit to what you do.

Fraser and Wheeler were fantastic from start to finish. I had the sad task of selling my late father's house but, from the initial meeting with Chris, I knew I had made the right choice of agent. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, special mention to Sam, and a credit to Chris who clearly leads from the front. The level of communication was excellent throughout and it was so reassuring to have complete confidence in the team during what was an emotional transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
