We used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days.
So if you are contemplating selling your home and you want a fair and realistic valuation and a smooth journey through the complexities of the housing market can’t go wrong with Fraser and Wheeler. Big thanks to all the team in the Dawlish office

A massive thank you to all the team at Fraser and Wheeler. They dealt with both my sale and purchase and were absolutely amazing. I am so grateful for all the help and support they provided. Chris provided such brilliant guidance throughout my sale and purchase and really pulled out all the stops to ensure both transactions went through smoothly. We have just completed our sale with Fraser &Wheeler and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional and personal approach. We had lived in our property for over 30 years, so deciding to sell our property was a really difficult decision to make, but we would really recommend F&W if you are thinking of selling and buying. Rachel looked after us on our journey, and provided full updates along the way, it didn’t matter who you spoke to when you contacted them, everyone were happy to help and were so friendly, it was never too much trouble for them to find an answer to your questions. We sold our house with Fraser and Wheeler just before Christmas and would like to thank Ben, Sharon and Chantal for all their help.
We had weekly updates keeping us advised as to what was happening and they were able to advise an excellent removal company.
Very happy to recommend them, a stress free sale.

After our first sale fell through we moved to F&W. Very professional and experienced. Chris is very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and called with regular updates. Our house was sold again very quickly. F&W progressed that sale excellently and we closed ahead of time. I really can't recommend them more highly. They know the market and how to progress a sale. Selling a house is stressful enough, I would definitely advise using F&W for your sale.
