G8 Properties recently handled a challenging situation with a long-term tenant who involved the council and solicitors, believing it was the right course of action. The tenant had a history of delaying rent payments without reason, maintaining the property poorly, and living in unsanitary conditions. Over the 10+ years the tenant resided there, the family had outgrown the property. Mr. Malik from G8 Properties personally managed this delicate situation with professionalism, ultimately resulting in the tenants vacating the property without further involvement from the council or solicitors. G8 Properties then refurbished the property within a matter of days and successfully placed new tenants. I spoke to ‘Mus Khan ‘ today , who I found very unprofessional and rude ! She called me as I requested to view a property via email !When I answered the call was at work and I did mention that to her ! But she said it would be a quick conversation so I decided to carry on . She basically wanted few details like how many of us moving to that property , our financial status etc, which I understand is part of her profession .But I have not seen any professionalism in her ! Specially I was shocked when she questioned me by saying “if you and your husband are only moving , why you looking for two bedroom property?! “ To be honest, I still don’t get it, does it has to be one room property if a couple moving in? Or if she doubted that we will share with someone and hiding it- still she cannt say this! As I only requested for an appointment ! Also she did ask about the monthly income of both of us - I mentioned about mine but in regards to my husband’s I could not give an exact figure, ( as for him monthly salary varies) . Even though I mentioned I can give you an approximate idea of yearly combined salary ( the other agencies I spoke they always asked about yearly combined income) . Shockingly she replied “ you don’t know / you cannt tell your husband’s monthly salary !’ She at one point asked me which country I’m from! ( probably she wanted to figure out whether we are settled here or not)! But I don’t understand why that is something to ask whereas I have not seen the property yet or got an appointment yet! I still don’t understand how unprofessional people like her works in an agency ?! I won’t recommend G8 properties at all!... Read more

Not a good option to go with. At first they will tell you lots of facilities available with the property. Once you agree to go with the property, they will come back to you with various challenges to provide them and then force you to take the property on their conditions. They will somehow try to convince you to go with their option. If you do not agree they will start abusing and shouting at you. Moreover they will also force you to pay a tip stating they are doing a lot for you. It's all about mind game. I would suggest G8 Properties to stop showing client that they are doing a Social Work. But actually it's a business for you and please tell the Client exact conditions at very first instance you show them the property.... Read more
