Was purchasing through gates and parish only to find out they went behind our backs with the owner of the property we were buying with the planning application we had put in to refurbish the property . God knows how they have survived for this long .Cheats

We cannot thank Nicola and Stuart of Gates Parish & Co enough for all their help during my mother’s purchase of a warden assisted flat. No request was too much trouble – they enabled our various surveyors and contractors to visit the flat whenever we needed and contacted our sellers and their solicitor whenever we asked. All in all, we had an extremely positive buying experience and would thoroughly recommend Gates Parish & Co.

We bought from Gates and Parish about 12 yes ago and had an excellent experience so when we decided to move in August 2020 we went straight back to them. I cannot praise Paul enough. From start to finish he worked tirelessly to help us navigate not only the sale but also the fact that we were going several 100mikes away. He went above and beyond and we managed to move seamlessly within a matter of months. Ithank you. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for!
