This is an abysmal estate agent. Tried to make an appointment to view a property, the agents were extremely rude, did not book an appointment claiming the appointments were gone, asked to call back, left a message and no reply. Bad communication, having to chase up and others that had an appointment were slightly late, a woman from this agent was at the property but refused to let them view the house, even though they were there and she stood there talking instead of a normal person that would let them have a look around the property in that time. Extremely rude woman and this agent has a knack for employing rude, arrogant (for no reason) and miserable poor excuses for staff.... Read more

Need to improve with communication. Poor response times and having to chase up constantly, which was ironic as they were pretty persistent for my documents when our offer got accepted. House fell through after 6 months which admittedly is not down to them but never got the impression we were as important to them as the sellers. Horrible experience. Horrible service. If you have 2 months to loose, go ahead. Otherwise, be smart and go elsewhere. They are extremely incompetent. The pictures that they take are all dull. We tried to sell our house with them, and all candidate buyers told that they've lost for at least 1 week to arrange a viewing despite we were doing viewings ourselves and we were always home. Mark is also extremely annoying and grumpy guy. I hope he retires soon so that he doesn't annoy other people.... Read more
