Chalk Street are brilliant fixed rate Estate Agent, the team have been professional and helpful throughout, from Jack at initial concept through to Mandy as progressor.
I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.

A big thank you to Jack, Faye and Lois from Chalk street in Romford.
Throughout our home selling process, they were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. I was always able to get someone on the phone immediately and they always called on time. I liked the fact that on viewing days there was someone who was available to speak to and they were super fast in getting feedback.
Their efficiency was remarkable. They expedited everything and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. Their proactive approach was evident when they organized an open house that attracted multiple offers and we went with the best offer with most chance of completion.
This was one of the best experience Ive had and will consider buying and selling in future exclusively with Chalk Street.

Excellent service from Chalk Street. Whilst the chain was short due to the time differences of the people at the bottom of the chain it was imperative to keep on top of the pending transaction. Mandy Bootle remained persistent and professional to ensure the deal was completed. Would highly recommend them again ! Thank you

I cannot recommend Chalk Street enough.
From first contact the team (& in particular Ben) were extremely helpful, professional & efficient. So much so, that our house was sold just 2 weeks after I first contacted them.
Then we were passed to Mandy, Chalk St’s sales progresser. Mandy has been unbelievably patient and helpful, especially in some frustrating circumstances! Mandy is super responsive and always in touch with updates. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to exchange just 7 weeks after finding our onward property.
In addition to the great service we received, Chalk St’s fixed fee provided good value for money for us - it’s difficult to see how other agents charge more money for less service!
