26th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I am assisting my son in buying his first property and having enlisted with several agents only William from Douglas Allen has made the effort to actively contact me about possible properties and follow up on leads. His service and attention to detail were second to none and his friendly approach made me feel comfortable. Through his hard work we have managed to secure a property on the first weekend of viewings. Here’s hoping the transaction goes through but I am confident that if it doesn’t he will quickly be back on the case. I would have no hesitation in using his services to sell my property when the time comes.

24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I was working 3rd party with a lady that has purchased a property from Gower Dawes estate agent in chadwell-st-Mary. I cannot praise Jo enough, she went above and beyond, and I mean above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else to sell or purchase a property. We had a few problems along the way, but Jo was onto them non stop, along with the solicitors. I would like to thank you for being so persistent, yet reassuring all the way and helping me guide my sister-in-law through the whole process. The best people to deal with, whilst getting the reassurance you need at a time of stress and worry.

1st May 2026 (3 days ago)I come home to find my garden gate broken. They came onto my property without permission. Worked on the neighbours house upstairs setup scaffolding and took it down. The agent should have contacted me if they need access. Really frustrated as i come back home from work to find my property damaged. You cannot come onto my land or property without permission. Their phone lines closed so i now have to go through the night with entry points for thieves to access my property property

Rak was consistently professional, responsive, and proactive in handling any repair or maintenance issues, ensuring they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication was always clear, and he kept me well informed about any updates throughout my tenancy. I truly appreciate the support and service provided over the years and would highly recommend Martin & Co, especially Rak, for their reliable and tenant-focused approach.

Extremely happy with their service and highly recommended

Helen was absolutely amazing throughout, honestly just the best person you could ever want in your corner. Thank you so much for everything you did, honestly fantastic.

Although I was not a direct user of their agency for my sale, both Faye and Mandy were instrumental in managing the chain and the sales process for their buyer and was in contact with me throughout as the seller. If you are looking for an honest friendly agency that are dedicated to delivering outcomes in the London/Havering area I would look no further than Chalk Street Estates.
13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I got the viewing with this company with representative Hannah. Property in South Ockendon. During the viewing I confirmed that I will rent this property, it is fully satisfied us. On Monday at 15:00 LT Hannah called me and accept offer. I spoke to her that I need confirmation by e-mail and inform previous landlord the date of termination of contract and ask when is better for their landlord to move in. Simply remain small details which intake 30-40 minutes to negotiate. I terminate the contract with previous landlord because this letting agent confirmed me this property. Call Hannah after 30 minutes, about 15:30 , nobody replied in their office. Then he sent me the message that landlord choose another tenant. Absolutely not reliable and acting dishonestly, not fair, irresponsible including this landlord. Probably tenant need to additional information and at least get confirmation officially by e-mail? I don't recommend this company for further business. We are from Ukraine and we don't have such lawlessness like here. Absolutely negative and not reliable company. Waste my time and money for fuel.

They went above and beyond—not only assisting with the sale itself, but also helping to secure short-term tenants and guiding me through a deed of variation. A special thank you must go to Millie, who worked tirelessly to see the sale through to completion. Her knowledge, professionalism, and clear, consistent communication were outstanding from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Noble again for any future property sale or rental, and I highly recommend their services. Nick

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish.
