I would like to say, I had dealings with a Sales Negotiator named Georgia in the Hornchurch branch who is totally unprofessional. Has no relationship building skills and how to manage your buyers, especially serious buyers who are ready to buy. I now have found a property through another agent, who was excellent and professional!

Recently completed on a purchase and the service I got was exceptional. Eugene, the manager, is worth his weight in gold. There were a few hiccups along the way but he addressed them quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and work ethic is outstanding. He always kept me updated and returned my calls if I couldn’t get hold of him, a simple thing that most other agents fail to do. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you once again!

Very poor customer service. Agent rescheduled a viewing and brought the viewing two days forward without informing me. When I ring the customer service to reschedule another viewing, the customer agent held me on the line for 30 minutes then hang up the phone. When I tried to ring again, there was another yawning customer agent with a very rude attitude.

Jacob at Your Move went above and beyond to help us buy our first property.
Although he was representing the seller he still kept his professionalism at all times and went out of his way to also help me the buyer.
I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy in the Hornchurch area.
Like any buying process it was at times painful but Jacob always kept me informed throughout the process. Much better than my solicitors!
