Where do I start really friendly and transparent estate agents really hard to find type of people
This is my first time having to deal with the estate agent company to really want to help you in getting your deal done and then they don’t stop there they assist you till the end and are always available just a phone call away
I started with the viewing with Julian really a gentleman help me in getting the deal in just 2-3 hours then always there when I needed
And the angel Nicole step in and keeps an eye on the completion and really ho out of the way to help
If someone want an experience where estate agents do their jobs properly and are really helpful

I'm thousands of miles away in New Zealand but I've called into the Hunters office a couple of times when over in England. A very friendly atmosphere. The team were great when overseeing the rental of my mum's flat and were outstanding once the decision was made to sell it. I'm aware that property transactions in the UK tend to be more protracted than here in NZ. So having a team that methodically works through the processes and challenges and delivers for both seller and buyer is so important. Superb customer service seems to be a bit of a rarity these days but Hunters show that a commitment to such ideas is still around. I would certainly be happy to recommend Julian, Jessica, and their colleagues at Hunters to others.

As a first time buyer the process of getting a flat/ house can be very stressful. But I was very lucky to have the most amazing team ever. I had an incredible and outstanding service from the team (Julian Creevy, Jessica Britnell &Angela Gare). I remember my first viewing with the amazing, patient, friendly, kind and dapper looking Julian. He was professional & knowledgeable, he took his time and answer all my questions and queries. When I wanted to view the flat again, he was more than happy to accommodate me.
Jessica was absolutely brilliant, she went above and beyond in helping me getting the lawyers communicate with each other to get the process done. She email me every other day to keep me updated, she was professional, kind, patient, calm and overall just an incredible person. She was my go to person and I always felt like things will be sorted out after speaking with Jessica. And it does. Without Jessica the process would have been very stressful, I cannot Thank her enough for everything she has done. I felt like she went beyond her job role to make the process very straight forward and stress free for me. You are a Star Jessica, keep up the brilliant job and I do hope your manager give you a raised because you deserve it. Thank you for everything.
I also communicated with Angela when Jessica was not around, she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have also contacted the office few times and spoke to other team members, and it’s always been a good experience. I “felt looked after” throughout the process.
I have dealt with few estate agents around however nothing compare to the Hunters team in Hunchurch. You are absolutely the BEST. I cannot recommend you enough, if anyone is looking for an estate agent around to work with, this is the team to contact and work with, because you will have a brilliant service and great experience.

Julian and Jessica have offered excellent customer service with both the renting out and sale of my mum's flat. They are helpful, calm and positive at all times, if the going gets a bit rough they are there to support and give solutions. They go over and above, popping in to check the property, offering advice and tackling any challenges with resolve and sound advice. Renting out and/or selling is a stressful process and the Hunters team take away what anxiety they can. I would recommend going with this agency for both renting and sales.

We felt that the service offered by Julian was personal and that he understood our request regarding finding us a tenant for the property. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Julian and he always answered any questions we had promptly. We also had an excellent service from Charlie, Hannah and Jessica in the office who were always quick to get back to us with information etc. We have used other letting agents in the past but have never received such an excellent service as we had from Hunters. Whilst Hunters are a large chain, theres certainly a personal touch at this branch! From start to finish it was a great experience - Jessica was super responsive and nothing was too much. This is now our second time dealing with Hunters and in particular Julian. He sold us our house a couple of years ago and then helped us to sell it when we were fortunate enough to be able to move again to be close to family. They were professional from the very start but also very human and never tried to drown us in sales speak or anything like that. Julian responded to emails and calls very quickly so we were never left wondering what was happening. As our sale progressed we met our sales negotiator, Angela, who was just brilliant. Buying and selling houses is never going to be stress free but we were so lucky to have a brilliant solicitor but also a really lovely team at Hunters. They supported us right up until completion. Honestly we couldn't have been happier with their service.

I had a viewing with them... came all the way from london for this viewing and took day off from work and when I arrived no one was here so I called the agencie to check why they are late... a lady answered the phone I explained her i have a viewing and i am still waiting for someone to show up... lady on the phone informing me that the house was already gone, some one else was letting it and she said they called me in the morning and left voice message but actually i never got any phone call or voice message or email.... Verry dissapointed and they are not profesional at all!!! Careful with them!

Seemed very efficient and helpful at first.
Shortly after having an offer accepted, we found out the vendor didn't have a lease for the property. Continuously told us that they were chasing and trying to find it. After 7 weeks of no progress, we asked for an action plan and were encouraged to buy the property with an indemnity. The story of the seller also changed and we found out it was a linked mortgage brokers mother who was selling. We believe they knew of the problems beforehand and hoped as first time buyers that we wouldn't realise it was a bad sale.
We politely withdrew our offer and never heard anything back. Not even a well wish. Wouldn't recommend!

I didn't get charged left right and centre..the fees were in black and white, that helped me hugely. I felt well looked after. Would I use Hunters Hornchurch again? YES!
