Been trying to view a property in East Grinstead high street for days. Excuse after excuse as to why we can't. Now saying they don't have the keys for a property which they have been marketing for months! When I asked how they got access to put their massive 'To Let' sign in the window, they were rather stumped!! Feel very sorry for the client using this company to market their shops as they have now lost a perspective letter!... Read more

This company blocked me from staircasing my property for months! It was cruel and disturbing situation when the blocked me from buying my own home because the price that my mortgage lender asked was in valuation bracket given by Graves Jenkins!!!!!! And even so they blocked me!!! Be aware!! I paid another valuation and not a problem at all!!! So it was just done on purpose...horrendous experience.... Read more
