Out of the three valuations we received, Astons seemed to be the most realistic on price and their fees were fair. Everything has been very straightforward and easy. They ensured viewings were arranged in a convenient way for us and we were impressed by the level of interest and the short time it took to receive an offer.

Excellent communication from initial enquiries to completion. We had some almost incredible delays from the solicitors of both buyer and seller, but the team at Astons kept things on track and pushed towards completion, keeping us informed when others didn't!
