Three valuations all for same amount, Simon gave good advice prior to advertising, good interest from buyers offer accepted at asking price within 4 days. Now waiting for legal stuff. Would recommend to anyone.

Out of the three valuations we received, Astons seemed to be the most realistic on price and their fees were fair. Everything has been very straightforward and easy. They ensured viewings were arranged in a convenient way for us and we were impressed by the level of interest and the short time it took to receive an offer.
