Homes partnership are absolutely incredible!!!! From the first meeting with Paul, who made me feel completely at ease…. To meeting Joseph who did the majority of the viewings, and actually sold my property and then Sarah, who liaised between everybody involved in the sale and kept me sane!
The people at this company aren’t just estate agents, they are people that make you feel at ease the whole way through the Process. Sarah had a numerous amount of calls from us, and was chirpy and professional on every single one. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the whole time Sarah made the whole process completely stressfree and manageable. If I could give this company 20 stars, I would!!! I have a lot of history with Homes Partnership. I bought my first home in the early noughties through them. My second too in 2007. And an investment flat.
I also used them as the lettings managers of my properties when we moved abroad and had confidence my investments were well looked after.
I have just sold two properties through them too.
In my experience the company is very well run. They're friendly and efficient too. I've never had a bad experience because of them, and any non optimum situations have been very quickly dealt with.
The most valuable thing for me though, is that they're on the ball. I can't remember a time where the ball has been dropped, and this serves to demonstrate how well the managers of each department value their staff and customers.
This is one of those all too rare times where a company deserves five stars for service.
I can't recommend them enough.

Paul came to do the initial appointments and get the house on the market. Absolutely pleasure to deal with, top bloke!
Our house sold in rapid time, 4 days! Guess it was a good time in the market for our house. We were really pleased with the offer we received and snapped it up to begin the process.
I think we were matched with our buyers really well. I think we were both equally as organised which I am sure helped things go as well as they did.
Sarah was great at keeping our communication lines open, updating us when possible and working out avenues I could work on too when things stalled to keep pushing things along.
Joseph gets a shout out too for stepping in and dealing with a couple of frantic panicked phone calls from me when Sarah wasn't around.
And thanks to Adam too, he answers quite a few of my weird and wonderful questions too.
A great team to deal with. The next time we sell (hopefully not for a long time) HP will be the only agents we contact. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.

Don't bother, will pester you with nonsense words attempting to scare you into compliance, didn't care about the welfare of my family after random section 21, refused to let us view potential properties, allowed landlord to act unfairly and the only response you'll ever get from them (after 24 hours) is 'not our fault'. Can't take responsibility for anything as seen in other reviews. Owner has a weird disposition for 'facts', yet rarely knows what's going on, also will belittle you for having an opinion (as seen in other 1 star reviews). Can't speak for the selling team, I'm sure they are great as other reviews show, however I would avoid renting with this 'business', it will just stress you out, and you could be left high and dry without a place to live for quite literally no reason given. Don't trust your data with this 'business' either, we have had several serious situations arise, and no resolution.

Just wow! Oh wow!!!! Great people, very fast and reliable. We were previously with another agency and we were transferred to Homes Partnership 2 months ago. I strongly believe we are really well looked after by them. With previous agency I was affraid to call every time I had to because they told me I have too many problems. I was with Homes Partnership few years ago when we rented another house but after a short while we had to move because of landlord wanted his house back and then we didn't really need them(the agency) but I remember the process with the references and everything was so smooth and they were really kind and helpful. One of the worst Agency.If you are a buyer then you expect their staff member play a role to sack you out at anytime especial thr house price goes up.They won't treat you fair because their focus and support will be for the seller.
I had a frustrating experience .
Waited for the property on chain with mortgage accepted for six months and took an extension of a month.
All the time they just passed the message from the seller.
Finally they wind up the seller to raise the price over £50000.
Finally I have lost my longtime dream to buy a three bedroom property.The staff called Sarah Evans is such a game player..I don't know how to sue this type of people.

An absolute joke if you want to buy. They give out the decent properties to "in house" buyers. Not even giving the chance to other buyers even to see it or put an offer in regardless that buyer has a great position and is ready to start the process straight away. Instead, they give rat houses at ridiculous prices to "second hand" buyers. 100% disrespect and equallity towards possible customers. Arrogant estate agents is a soft way to say it. And this is just within 2 weeks. Well done lads! ???? You really know how to keep your possible new customers away. Bribe is not the way.

Homes Partnership were great from the offset! We purchased our first home with them - offer in July and we moved in January. A really great team! The virtual tour was a good way to view the house to begin with (especially in a pandemic) and the fact we could go back to it and view it again in our own time meant it was a good reference point. Though there were some hickups on the way to purchase, the Sale Progressor Sarah was such a credit to their team, fully fighting our corner between solicitors and estate agents, and helping push it across the finish line! We would definitely recommend HP Estate agents :D

WOW WOW WOW please do yourselves all a favour and just don’t waste your time looking at other estate agents to sell your property through because You would all be doing yourself an injustice.
It’s very easy to find reasons to right a bad review but rarely do we get the chance and the want for a good one.
Sarah and Paul in particular have been amazing and absolute professionals in this industry. Everything about HomePartnership, Sarah, Paul and the rest of the team has been spot on.
My house was put onto the market on a Monday and sold by the Friday of the same week.
Throughout the sale to completion Sarah Evans has been amazing with continual updates and amazing communication all the way up till Moving day. It’s extremely rare to find a company these days where you have had to chase at some point but with Sarah that was never the case if anything she was chasing me. It’s been an absolute pleasure selling with Homepartnership, The Rates and fees are far below the level of service you receive and the whole process has been smooth and easy in what can be a stressful time but never the case here.

Let's be honest buying or selling a house can be a nightmare and we've all had bad experiences with estate agents. These guys are different... I viewed a few properties with HP (one very good virtual viewing) Joseph did my viewings and I'll honestly say he is the most helpful, professional and friendly agent I've dealt with. He has all the local and specific info and just makes the experience easy. He played a big part in my decision making. I viewed hundreds of houses in the area but they definitely stood out.
We've all had viewings that last about 2 minutes and you don't get any info at all.
Now.. The purchase was problematic to say the least (solicitors!) and the rest of the team particularly Sarah and Ben were helpful and patient all the way through, I think Sarah and I spoke most days over the last year and she did amazing keeping the whole process together and moving forward. If you're a seller and things start getting tough you need a team like this. I was always kept up to date and I think I would have given up a long time ago otherwise. Whenever I spoke to anyone else here they were always friendly and they should be proud of the culture of good service they have created.

Fantastic service from all the staff we had contact with from the start of our home selling journey until the end.
Always professional, friendly and efficient.
Our house was sold before it even reached the marketplace and this is where an exceptional agency is worth it’s weight in gold, and no online house marketing company comes close. These pro’s KNOW their clients and they know who is looking for what.
So a viewing was arranged before the excellent video viewing of our house was even edited, never mind on Rightmove! And within half an hour of the viewing, the deal was done and our house had been sold to the first and only buyers through the door!
It was whilst we spent a lot of the next few weeks looking at so many properties to buy, with either no video footage of the houses, or almost as bad, the ones with an agent walking around filming on his PHONE that we appreciated how professional and forward thinking Homes Partnership are to have had brilliant technology before it became a necessity to be able to view and experience a whole property online, once COVID made viewings in person so much harder.
We really cannot thank them all enough, but special mentions to Adam (the deal maker) Sarah C (the soeed typer), Kira (the sales progresser-not many agents even have one!) and Sarah E (who took on Kira’s dealings with us when Kira was off).
They have all had to work from home, from the covid secure office and back from home again during the 11 weeks it has taken to sell and complete on our sale. Not easy times for anyone, but they have worked hard for us and are worth every penny.
You cannot even compare online companies with human, on the ball, multi award winning, independent and very experienced Property Experts.

NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU WHEN YOU GO TO VISIT A PROPERTY !!!!!!The worst agency ever ,no communication between the agents and if you ask to talk to the guy that showed you the house and you talked about the things that dont like and you want changed and he said "sure" /"of course you can do this" ,they will tell you hes not available or "you dont have proof of this in an email " so basically their word is useless .
I'm really curious how will the person responsible in replying to this review will do that ,will you tell me that you dont have records of me because I have so many emails from your very incapable agent in which she contradicts herself from one email to the next one just because she saw we are not stupid and will not let her take money from us for things that were there when we moved in the property .

The best Letting Agent in town! From my first meeting with Robert on my initial valuation all the way through to move in day, everything was 10/10 from day one. Robert guided me on price in total honesty when others didn't and explained things as simple as can be which was massively important to me as a first time landlord. Never under promised but always over-delivered! Jenna found me a tenant within a week of marketing and was never too pushy but gave sound advice as to who I should rent my property to. I have just sold the second of two properties through HP in the last year (and have quite a lot of experience of agencies over the last thirty) and have found HP to be a very sound and reliable agency - pretty much everyone that picks up the 'phone in fact. From Paul's initial valuation to completion.
They have done very well to secure me excellent pricing on both properties and equally importantly have kept on top of the transactions through to exchange/completion. That is SO important and, whilst the agent can't make buyers/sellers/solicitors act, it does mean that I was able to have a 'conversation' with the buyers/solicitors when necessary and it did help keep both sales on track.
Also, they are a friendly bunch who are obviously well versed in the importance of customer service. I happily recommend HP to you.

Although there was a bit of confusion/discprencies in the inital setting up of the agreement, both Ashleigh and Sophyia were very attentive and supportive in resolving these. Talk the talk but don't walk the walk. We went on the market with homes partnership last year. Paul defiantly gives a good sales pitch. They have all the shiny brochures, websites etc. But at the end of the day if you can't follow through what you say you'll do and deliver then it's no good. Unfortunately our chain fell apart and we later found out through another agent this had been concealed from us. For them it may be just a job but moving is a stressful event and if they had just been honest about this the outcome could have been much better. Wouldn't recommend at all. If you want a friendly estate agent check out inspire, or if you want a highly professional agent check out Park and Bailey.

Paul Callaway was the first and offered us a professional and friendly assessment of our house and clearly set out the process for the sale. Max was a helpful and reliable link through the viewings phase and Sarah Evans has been the calm and proactive progress chaser for the final, sometimes nail biting, phase. Wasnt impressed with their web chat as asked a few questions but couldnt help, when i called the agent was polite and professional and very attentive, will revise this as and when we are looking to sell the house and they earn those extra 2 stars for the poor web chat experience. UPDATE 01.06.17 - Revised to 5 stars, met Paul personally when appraising the house the last time and he is absolutely great in every way, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. An outside company cannot be at fault for what is otherwise a brilliant business in every respect.

I let my property out with HP, with Paul Holden managing the process. They were absolutely excellent, very efficient with queries and very little faffing about, which is unusual for estate agents. They kept me informed throughout the whole letting process, providing regular feedback. Having switched to HP from another agent, and experiencing a few other agents in the past, my opinion is that HP are by far the best agents in Crawley, with very competitive fees. As such, seems a no brainer to use them, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again for the great work.

The experience I had in the beginning of my interaction with this company was great. They where helpful and friendly during my 2 years as a customer. So why the 1 star?
Well when it came to the end of my lease I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I bent over backwards to make sure that there was always someone at home to let them in to view the property when I was leaving. I gave then 3 months notice before I left. They where always friendly when they wanted to show someone the flat. But when it came time to handing back the keys it wasn't so great. I was stuck at work (it happens sometimes in life) and was arrived when the agency was closed I didn't feel comfortable putting keys and important documents through a letter box. So I was going to arrange to drop the keys off sometime the next day. So I get a very rude phone call first thing the next day from a very rude man who spoke to me in a threatening tone and spoke over me when I tried to reply to him and they charged me a full days rent.
Yea I agree I didn't hand the keys back in time but is it necessary to speak to a loyal customer in such tone and charge me a full days rent for being half a day late? Come now there is no need to treat people as if they are trash. Disappointed with the whole thing. I'm not surprised the landlord has switched agencies now. And why am I being charged when they have a set of keys anyway?

They didn't sell for us, but they did sell to us, and were consistently helpful, answered all questions in timely manner and continued to be helpful after completion for which my wife and I have been very grateful. All their staff that we dealt with were highly professional and friendly, and did everything they could to keep the move going as smoothly as possible.

It's rare to find a company that warrants leaving a positive review, but after selling our house through Homes Partnership, I want to shout from the rooftops. There are so many reasons why they sit head and shoulders above their 'competitors'. Firstly they are a family-owned business which means they are able to offer a much more genuine and personal feel. However, this is mixed with professionalism, expertise and tenacity that is second to none - it's the perfect balance. Their communication was key throughout the process and we were always kept up-to-date which was reassuring. Sincere thanks to everyone in the team.
So, if you want a superior service from a team of friendly, dedicated experts then you really need to stop looking and pick up the phone. I promise you won't regret your decision.

Having previously used homes partnership before i would only consider using them a second time. Second time round they were brilliant just like the first time. Always in contact with updates always happy to help and answer questions. Really were happy to take there time and explain things to us as it was my grandmother selling up and she wanted to make sure she understood everything. Now were at completion and its great gone so fast. The event was not at all sales driven and was more about giving free and useful advice. I learned a lot about the locations I should invest in and what sort of yield I should be looking for.

All though we was not selling through Homes Partnership, we were buying one of their properties and I have to say the service they gave to us was excellent 100%.
It was so nice knowing that if we had any concerns at all with our purchase Sarah and Tracey would just be a call away and always happy to help.
