We got our mortgage thanks to David over 4 years ago and had a meeting with him last week about remortgaging. David went through the options we had and took his time to answer our questions. From the first time we reached out to him he has been always prompt in replying our emails and booking an appointment.
As part of the remortgaging process we were advised by David to have a house valuation. This was booked in immediately by Thomas Waudby in the office.
The valuation was done by Jack Allsobrook. We were really impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm.
Jack gave us a great insight into the current market, thoroughly inspected our house, and then went through worst and best case scenario prices for the property. He also explained the strategies he would use in the selling process, which we were really happy with.

I requested house valuation from Fox & Sons, they immediately booked a suitable date. Thomas Waudby came for valuation, and expertly explained the valuation process, outlined potential marketing strategies to maximize buyer interest, meticulously inspected the property, considering all relevant factors such as comparable house prices and local market trends, and gave valuation for my house in the best and worst cases of the market. Our dealings with Fox and Son's was excellent.
Abby was very friendly and helpful, nothing was any bother to her. She was quick to help us out and answer any questions we had. Abby was super helpful pushing our sale along and also helping out with our purchase, she had her finger on the pulse and kept in touch with us and the estate agents above and below the chain.
