This office of GTH was a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and efficient.
I have had transactions and contact with two other GTH offices in the past which I was not happy with.
This office was very different, much more customer friendly, not too formal, but very professional.
Would thoroughly recommend this GTH office.

We contacted the office in response to their marketing of a property that interested us.
The Office Manager, Ross Walls, explained the current ethos of buying and selling. He arranged a site visit to our house, arrived on time and was very enthusiastic. He then organised a photo shoot and EPC survey so that a brochure could be produced.
Viewings were arranged even before the brochure was produced; these were led by Emma who again was very enthusiastic and provided timely feedback.
The brochure was excellent along with the internet marketing.
A sale (STC) was secured after half a dozen or so viewings.
Communications with GTH continue to be good.
We would definitely recommend GTH as the estate agents to use for professional and stress free marketing.

The staff at greenslades have been very professional with nothing being to much trouble. If you are thinking of saleing a property in my experience greenslades would be my first choice.

I was unhappy with the quality of communication from gth. I feel that once the property is sold subject to contract the only thing they have to do is manage communications and this was very poor. There was a lot of miscommunication . I would not recommend.

I needed to sell a house in Williton after my Mum moved to a care home, leaving the place vacant. I live over 200 miles away and needed an agent to manage more than just the sales process. GTH were really helpful throughout, always on the ball, and acted promptly. GTH found reliable local trades people to clean, clear the house, and even service the heating, saving me worries and time. The sales process was good too with a faultless marketing brochure, updates on viewings, and realistic advice during negotiation. After agreement of the sale they kept in contact sharing updates from the solicitors and buyer. I had contact with several members of their team and they were always well informed about the situation and acted as a team. Happy to recommend wholeheartedly.

I have moved twice now with Greenslade Taylor Hunt. On both occasions I have been given a true market appraisal with a genuine market value and then they have proceeded to successfully sell at that price. So many Estate Agents now seem to give a deflated property value to sell it through quickly and move on. This is not the case with GTH. They work hard to achieve the full value and pull out all the stops to achieve a successful sale. The Williton branch and it's agents are second to none. A very friendly and personal service whilst remaining totally professional. They are very good at pulling out very relevant and key sales points to promote your property on viewings. Through their extensive contacts, we had 9 viewings in the first 2 weeks and an offer that culminated in a sale at the full asking price. This is the second sale where GTH have worked their magic for us and I couldn't recommend them enough, they certainly earn their commission.
