Buying our house was part of a long chain and, at times, quite a lengthy process. Throughout it all, Tom was excellent from start to finish. His genuine honesty, regular updates and clear communication made a real difference during what could easily have been a stressful experience.
Tom consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving and to make sure we were informed at every stage. That level of effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed, and it made the whole journey far easier for us.
In the end, it was absolutely worth it, and a big part of that is down to Tom’s dedication and support throughout the process. I would happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

I found the team at GTH Barnstaple to be very helpful during what was by no means a straightforward purchase. I dealt with Curtis, Jodie and Ollie who were all patient and proactive throughout a protracted process. We got there in the end!

Both the Barnstaple and South Milton branch were fantastic. Their professional advice resulted in us getting the best price possible. Their communication was exemplary and they always responded promptly. The whole team seemed to have a grasp on the sales, meaning that if someone was on leave, you were able to get the information needed. I would recommend them.

GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market.
After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.
