Thank you so much for your friendly and very efficient service and letting me view the property multiple times and answering l my first time buyer questions.
Highly recommend you as an estate agent especially Mitch and Ollie as these two are the people I had the most dealings with but everyone I came in contact with seem helpful, friendly and genuine this goes a long way.

Tom from GTH has been absolutely amazing! As first time buyers we did not know what to expect, Tom has been so helpful and guided us through the process. We fell in love with a property and without Tom's hard work and efforts we probably wouldn't have got it! Although the sale is now going through Tom is still very much involved and keeps us updated with everything we need to know. His communication is exceptional and he is always available on the phone. We would 100% recommend GTH and specifically Tom!

GTH were great with us, from viewings (with Kylie), to putting in the offer on the house we fell in love with, updates (with Sophi), right through to completion. We moved to Ilminster from the Sussex coast, and the move with the removal company didn't go to plan, due to the 3 hour drive we were worried we wouldn't get to the office in time to collect keys. But Maria offered to stay on just in case, which was very kind and a weight off our shoulders. When we did move in, the boiler wasn't working, and GTH helped provide the details of a local gas engineer. Overall a fantastic experience.

Tom was exceptional and went above and beyond.
Tom acted on behalf of the sellers and we were the purchasers.
He was remarkably skilled in his dealings with us striking the right balance between assisting us practically and understanding what an emotional process house buying can be. He was patient, informative and caring in his approach.
I cannot speak to the sellers experience but for us he was the only person in the whole process, from beginning until beyond completion, who offered us good counsel and is clearly extremely experienced. GTH should be glad to have him their employ.
Highly recommended.

Superb in one word.
Personal friendly help from all staff in the office, who are consistent and on the ball. It’s a small team but they all work well together. Jon ‘reads’ people very well and goes the extra mile for you, he is excellent at his job and has excellent people skills.
