We recently exchanged contracts on the purchase of a property in Ivybridge. Natasha showed us round the property, and acted on our behalf throughout the purchase. Through no fault of GTH or Natasha we confronted numerous difficulties and delays, but Natasha was massively helpful and supportive throughout the process. We cannot thank her enough for her help, and would recommend both her and the company to anyone looking for a house.

GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market.
After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.
