Very grateful to the GTH Ilminster team, especially Claire, for a successful sale and purchase completed from start to finish in just over five months despite a few hurdles along the way. There is far more to estate agency than brochures and viewings and Claire kept on top of the process throughout whilst reassuring us through the worst of the stress. Highly recommend.

I found getagent who gave me the inspiration to switch. Estate Agents. Greenslade Taylor Hunt came up on their listing as a top performer, providing information on sales etc. I met with Ollie who said that he would market the property differently. Greenslade Taylor Hunt provided a brochure with full details and great photos. Communications outstanding regular feedback. Brooke showed prospective buyers around, did a fantastic job securing a sale in just a few weeks. Amber and Curtis at the office played an important part too, always helpful knew the current position of my house sale. You even get a monthly report. I cannot fault the team outstanding service. Well Done. Highly recommended.

We honestly couldn’t recommend GTH Estate Agents highly enough. Jon and Natasha went above and beyond throughout the whole process and made what was, at times, a very difficult sale so much easier to navigate.<br><br>It wasn’t a straightforward journey, and there were a few bumps in the road along the way, but Jon was fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly. He was always on hand to reassure everyone, keep communication clear and make sure things kept moving forward when it could have easily become very stressful.<br><br>A huge thank you to you both, we really appreciate everything you did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GTH Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home.

????? Outstanding service from Ollie<br><br>We cannot thank Ollie enough for all his help and support throughout the purchase of our new home. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, particularly when things become complicated towards the end, but Ollie remained helpful, professional and reassuring throughout.<br><br>He went above and beyond to help keep everything moving and was always approachable, responsive and willing to do whatever he could to assist. Even when the final stages became particularly stressful, Ollie remained calm and supportive, which made such a difference to us.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted to have finally completed and are now happily settling into our beautiful new home in Devon. ????????<br><br>A huge thank you to Ollie for everything he did to help make our move happen. GTH were the most helpful estate agents. Jodie and Curtis made a typically very stressful time a much calmer and enjoyable one. The whole team are always at the end of the phone and always answered our questions, which was often as we were first time buyers! Agents were not knowledgeable about the property when showing people around. After giving them a notice they gave me offer from an investor at a reduced rate, below asking price.
