An impossible place to get a booking with, you call up to get a booking they’ll hurry you off the phone and say they’ll call you back and they won’t. Tried to make several bookings a few weeks ago and not a single call back. I came close to getting a booking Chafford hundred once, but they said they haven’t got the current tenants contact details.. mind boggling stuff. The worst part is I called for that house continuously over the period of about 2 weeks and it was the same answer.. every time.
Don’t normally write reviews but hopefully the star ratings will cause a change in the attitude of the business. The basic courtesy to not make a potential customer have to chase you up about bookings is just not there.

Great café for lunch and parks for up to 12 year olds. All very clean and well maintained.

Terrible service!
We have tried to call numerous time to get a viewing on a flat, kept being told we would be called back at the end of the day but no calls for confirmation after a couple of days. When we tried to call to see what is going on the person was very rude when I asked him to repeat what he said and then bluntly said there’s no confirmation without even apologising!
All the agencies we’ve spoken to made us appointments on the spot or the latest at the end of the day! This agency doesn’t look like it wants to sell properties do not recommend at all.

I've dealt with various members of the Griffin team in Grays and found each and every one of them helpful, knowledgable and friendly in their approach to the sale of houses. They know their market inside out and have always trusted their advice so would highly recommend Ashley, Gary and the team to anyone looking for an agent in the South Essex area.

I received some extensive advise amid not having any direct business with Griffin yet. Advise received is regarding the certain aspects of home improvement, conversion & legislation which other estate agents in the area do not have specialist knowledge of including the one that sold me the property! Both Chris Harley & Alan Webb have been very helpful. Chris has always addressed my queries with utmost seriousness & details. At first, I was hesitant about my informal query and did not expect this level of attention/information. I have indeed learnt a great deal out of our ongoing conversations and thank you Chris for your ongoing support.
