It was extremely difficult to communicate with the office. Be prepared to wait up to a week if not longer for a reply. The property I moved into was discussing considering the UK is supposed to be a first world country.
When I mentioned the black mould that was clearly visible in the photos I sent to the agency after moving in they were not interested and said that I had taken the property on as is.
This was a terrible experience and moved out of the property as soon as possible so as not to have to deal with the absolute lack professionalism.
The last email I sent to then was asking about my deposit and when I could expect it retuned I am still waiting for a reply and that was over a week and a half ago????????????????
They are more than happy to take your money but when it comes time to return it I have been left in the dark. I will have to contact DPS to find out what is going on.

Very "Awful, Ignored, and non-professional" experience with them. I had contacted them for a rental property and was told that I was the first one to inquire and would be informed/booked in for a viewing. After chasing for 2 weeks and making a number of calls, I was told that the property had been let to someone

Spoke to a really awful agent , she was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude. Really disgusted , it completely put me off the house. I will be steering clear of this company. Awful

Completely agree with most of the other reviews on here. The customer service is really awful, very rude staff. The agents have no manners , the provide a very rushed experienced that even puts you off the property.

ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS! No greeting, rude and rushed the viewing!! Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour. (Started an argument). Don’t waste your time with these people I’m not even shocked they have 2.7 stars. Should be lower. Next time please stop acting like a Karen and learn some customer service skills!
