I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.
