Hamptons in Chiswick have recently provided both a sales and rental service to me, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff are extremely professional, and delightful to deal with. Their communication is second to none (this in itself is a rare 'skill' amongst estate agents) and at all times, we were kept fully appraised of interest levels, viewings, feedback and potential offers. It was also very useful to have the Hamptons experienced and professional view of the applicants in order to guide our decisions. Special mention needs to go to Luke Walsby, Alex Langdon and Holly Currie, all of whom worked brilliantly and tirelessly to find us a buyer or tenants, and it was especially helpful how the two sides of the agency (sales/rentals) liaised with each other to ensure a successful and smooth outcome. The end result was renting the property out, but we will definitely be going back to Hamptons when we decide to sell the property in the future.

Alex Lockwood at Hamptons International recently handled the successful sale of our house. I have to say that of all the London property sales we've endured, this was by far the easiest. Alex and his colleagues were all charming and totally trustworthy. Best of all Alex Lockwood has a great sense of humour which made the inevitable ''bumpy'' patches bearable. His unerring optimism and charm made this far less of a trial than is the norm when selling a property.

Thomas Knapp, Lettings Negotiator, Chiswick - we recently viewed some some properties to let in Chiswick with Thomas Knapp. He was very customer focused and it was a pleasant change to have a lettings negotiator who stops to listen to our needs and who is not doing the hard sell on us. Tom was very polite and went the extra mile. He was proactive and would call us up regularly.
