We rented a house in the UK for the first time and it was not an easy process for us. Finally, we moved into the house which was in a good condition, but things can happen.
We are extremely grateful for the outstanding support provided by our property manager, Lucy Desborough from Chiswick Hamptons office. Whenever we faced problems with our rental house, a heating system or keys left inside the house, or had concerns with our landlord, Lucy was there to help. Her prompt response, effective communication, and ability to find solutions truly made a difference.
Even when Lucy was not in the office, her colleagues were ready to help us.
We can highly recommend their services to any tenant looking for a reliable and supportive property manager.

My wife and I bought a property in Chiswick a month ago and our experience was just worth sharing. We have prior property experience with other property agencies in London but this is our best experience from an estate agency. Great agency, highly recommended! Justin and his team worked miracles when they sold a house for us. They found a buyer in one day just before Christmas and assisted at every step for exchange to take place in a record time and completion immediately after Christmas. Other agencies would not even take on the sale, but Hamptons took it very seriously, approached it professionally and managed to delivery. Thank you very much!!!!!

Efficient, reliable, friendly, honest and proactive. These are just a few words that can be used when describing the fantastic service that Hamptons provided.
We recently sold our parent’s house with the help of Justin and the team at Hamptons. They were very sensitive to my mother’s well being in selling her home for the past 54 years.
Their communication is outstanding. We were always able to contact them and if they said they would phone they did. At no point did we have to chase for updates. They never took their eye off the ball and always kept us informed as to the progress of the sale.
The advice that they gave was always honest and helpful. They guided us expertly through the process.
Appointments were always kept and attended on punctually.
They say that buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things in life. I can honestly say that Justin and the rest of the team at Hamptons did not add to the stress but made the whole process run as smoothly as possible.
You can confidently rely on an outstanding and caring service if you chose them to be your estate agent. I highly recommend them.

We recently bought a property via Hamptons in Chiswick and Laylee Bina was the Sales agent. Laylee
was a great support and had a very calming influence on what was a stressful process, riddled with numerous obstacles. If it wasn't for her tenacity and perseverance the purchase would have fallen through. She did a great job seeing it through to completion.

Hamptons helped me finding and renting a nice house in Hayes and Harlington the process was smooth and all my issues are getting addressed, however the issue resolution takes some time and the process to right to rent check is not hassle free hence providing a 4 star, rest assured Hamptons helped me finding a right fit for my money, special thanks to Malaz, Holly and Elizabeth helped me a lot with my queries i am thankful and appreciate there efforts
