Very very impressed with Alex at Hamptons International in Chiswick. We have just bought and we had some tight deadlines. It was going to cost us a lot of money if the sale happened after 1st April. The Sellers solicitor were incredibly difficult/slow. We later found out other buyers pulled out because of these solicitors. If Alex hadn’t have been there and acted as a proper ‘agent’ we wouldn’t have hit our deadline. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Not only was he highly skilled and efficient in dealing with matters but he was also full of grace and humour. M

On the lettings side, I was rarely without tenants for long. Piers Houssemayne Du Boulay has always worked exceptionally hard to find the right tenant and is a pleasure to work with, something that can be said of everyone at Hamptons in my experience. When it came to selling, Tara Sinclair provided lots of positive advice on pricing and strategy, which was of great value as we began to market the property. Jessica Black found a buyer, then spent quite some time smoothing over the inevitable ripples as the sale progressed; Jessica's ability to calm nerves and inject common sense into proceedings kept the sale on track where it might otherwise have fallen apart.

We recently bought a house in Cadishead and were delighted with the support we received from Kelly, Seeta and everybody at Bridgfords Urmston. The team were professional and efficient, with regular communications on progress. The process was made easier by the Bridgfords team. I have marketed and sold my high-range property with Hamptons. This has been done with a collaboration of the Battersea and Clapham Common branches. They were very proactive and managed to speed up the sale by constantly contact me and the buyer. They also were very colaborative. Both the managers (T Sinclair and W Pasquali) and the sale agents (R Meyers) did a fantastic job. I would highly reccomend the estate agents and in particular the team mentioned above: great team work, courtesy, honesty and amazing attitude.

We dealt with Jonathan Dyson, the Sales Director at the Battersea office to sell our flat. Jonathan was extremely informative about the latest market information and valued our property at a very realistic level on two occasions. He was very positive and enthusiastic about our flat and he had some very useful comparative figures to quote when giving us his valuation. Jonathan also went out of his way to speak french to our current tenants to negotiate viewing times, which we were very grateful for. He was an outstanding Sales Director to deal with all on occasions. Hamptons is a very professional office, with very current market knowledge, ensuring realistic and successful property sales. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a property.
