    We sold our flat though Mr Langdon and the team - We have sold flats in the area before but never through Hamptons. Alex was straight forward and made the sale stress free. Given the high price he achieved in a slow market - moving forward we would highly recommend.

    We tried to sell in a very difficult market. Alex was always enthusiastic, consistent and encouraging. At no time did he pressure us, and his advice was sound and helpful. When we eventually had an offer he helped us work through to a mutually acceptable conclusion. I would recommend Hamptons wholeheartedly.

    Atrocious customer service. 6 weeks after moving out of rental property and still I haven't got my deposit back. Responsibilities shift from A to Z, "oh we don't deal with this here", "speak to X". X on the other side of the country doesn't care etcetc. Avoid like the plague.

    Abbotts - Cambridge

    They took over the management of the property I initially rented from another agency. I was an ideal tenant, professional, quiet, not damaging anything, always paying bills and rents on time and cancelling all my utility bills when checked out. The landlord refused to release the deposit and unwilling to communicate his reasons. This agency did not help me whatsoever to try to solve this problem. With a landlord unwilling to communicate and release deposit and with an agency unwilling to help, after 2 months I ended up opening a dispute in MyDeposit where the deposit was hold. Extremely disappointed.
