What can I say ! Beth Kneebone is just a phenomenal agent and an even better person ! We had been looking for a new home since post covid times on and off and we weren’t getting what we wanted in terms of the layout, feel and price in the areas we were searching. Buying in Chiswick has always been our dream but thought it’s always going to be competitive and we will get priced out ! She managed to convince us to view a few properties and we loved one of them .. we almost didn’t even go to view it but she insisted that it’s something we’d like & she was so right ! It was the one ! She helped us through the whole process of buying and negotiating and we were finally able to secure our home in our dream location! The whole team is very helpful and Beth is a thorough professional with a whole lot of experience and focused on going above and beyond in terms of service to clients ! What more can you ask for ? We have used Featherstone Leigh for many, many years. We were landlords and use them to find tenants and also to sell our properties. Having used them earlier this year to sell our 3 bedroom house in Grove Park ( Chiswick) we were very impressed with the entire operation. Mani gave a pretty accurate valuation based on his years working in Chiswick . Very often, agents give an inflated valuation to get the business. Both he and Beth worked extremely hard in both finding buyers to view and in guiding our eventual buyers through the process. Beth was fantastic at keeping us updated on a daily basis with how things were going. Mani dealt very professionally with all the buyer and solicitor “queries”. In conclusion we would wholeheartedly recommend them if selling or buying property.

I engaged Featherstone Leigh for many years for both selling and letting (after purchasing a property from them). I think they are all hired for their integrity and personable approach. They are not pushy (which has never encouraged anyone to buy a house before, it is a house after all, it costs a fortune!) and they are honest, which is so important. I was blown away by just how incredibly hardworking they are too; they always go above and beyond to keep all parties informed and happy, even under the most stressful circumstances. I know that so many people have lost faith in estate agents but this team is the real deal; completely professional and authentic. I cannot sing their praises enough and I will always be grateful for their kindness and support.

Having unsuccessfully offered on 4 properties prior, with less than positive experiences with other estate agents, I’ll be forever grateful to come across Mani and Chloe at Featherstone Leigh.
Mani showed me around the property 2 months ago and from the off was accessible and honest. Over the following two months Chloe picked up the phone every time I called with a multitude of questions. She was utterly brilliant. I cannot thank them enough.

Josie has now sold three properties for various clients of mine. The 1st one that she sold, she agreed it by doing a one off viewing after it had been on the market for several months with two other agents who failed to even put up an offer on the apartment. The 2nd was a large house that she agreed while she was marketing the property 'off market' and the 3rd she again agreed on the first viewing when once again it had been on the market for several months with two well know agents who failed to secure the sale. I couldn't recommend Josie highly enough.

I completed on my flat purchase in Chiswick via Fetherstone Leigh this month. The service I got was brilliant and its refreshing to see estate agents who really care for their customers. Josie was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. It was a complex process as the property is a leasehold with multiple leases and parties involved. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect, but she was always on hand with answers and honestly? She was a complete angel in acting as the go between for us and the solicitors of the sellers. Our solicitors were less than ideal and she kept myself and my partner in the loop and up to date with each step so that we knew when to chase our solicitors. She’s dedicated to the clients (both the sellers and buyers) and gives straight to the point answers with no jargon. She’s the reason we are sane first time home owners and I can’t thank her enough. I am not exaggerating when I say that we have spoken to her every day and that she has put her heart and soul into helping us to get this property! I have always been led to believe that moving was stressful, but having dealt with both Mani and Josie at Featherstone Leigh for our sale we experienced none of the stresses normally associated. Josie was on hand everyday and on occasions, weekends and Mani not only worked tirelessly on even doing viewing himself even on a Sunday, but was also there on the day of the move to help with issues we had with our removal company.
I highly recommend this small boutique agency who not only care but also go far beyond. They have also kept in touch after the sale and helped us with our onward purchase far more than our agent we purchased through. Having dealt with every agent in Chiswick, Featherstone Leigh are streets ahead.

Worst bunch of people I've ever dealt with.
They are acting as if they are doing you a favour by giving this service.
I've pushed, pushed and kept calling for days just to be told that on sorry he/her is not in.. Emails are never never replied to.
At the end I've had to give a lift to one of the clerks and even take him back at the end of the viewing - so the clients are a taxi now.
I've immediately to put an offer in only to receive more days of ignorance and not answering calls.

Absolutely horrendous! After being bullied into taking a property 2 weeks earlier then wanted and being penalised for having a cat (confirmed as fine) so wanting 8 weeks deposit!! We turn up to a house with no working cooker - food in London as takeaway is not cheap!, a shower door that doesn't close so drenched bath mat every morning, shelves in bedrooms hanging off walls, a front door we can't lock cause we've been given badly cut keys and a bathroom lock that came off in our hands the first day, you could say has been a rubbish experience. No one is taking responsibility for the fact that all of the above was asked to be fixed before we moved in and not a single person has apologised. These guys are very quick to take your money but will run for the hills if anything goes wrong! DO NOT USE! You've been warned.
