I dealt with Chloe (Mgr), Assad & Jamie at the Ealing branch to find tenants for my property.
These guys were professional and the service they offered was faultless. Whilst they were not able to find tenants for me, I would not heistate to recommend the team at Ealing for lettings and will definitely use their services when the need arises in the future.

Would have given 5 stars if my tenant was through them :-)

I reside in the United States. Samantha Hunt is the property manager from Hampton's who manages my rental property at Highpoint Village in Hayes. She has been superb at what she has done and allowed me the comfort of knowing that I am in the best of hands. Efficient, prompt, professional and a delight to work with.

Samantha, Property Manager, has managed my flats in High Point Village and she is a pleasure to work with. She is very efficient, takes your requests into consideration, does the best she can to sort out issues and very communicative. Chloe in Sales is also in my view a very valuable member of the team. Again very efficient with good communication. It takes out of the lot of the stress and is a pleasure to work with. Overall, Hamptons Ealing team in general has provided excellent service.

I would like to comment on Samantha the Property Manager who manages my unit at 303 Cardinal Building. Samantha has never failed me as a very meticulous and attentive staff. She takes good care of my property affairs and is very prompt in her customer service. She is an excellent staff! Treasure her presence in the company.

In a tough market the excellent team from Hamptons in Ealing stuck at it and did a great job on the sale of our flat. They were responsive, pleasant, diligent and professional to deal with right from the off through to the end of the sale process. Selina was the agent assigned to our sale and she progress chased, chivvied and communicated every inch of the way. I would strongly recommend the team at Hamptons to you if you are selling in the Ealing/Hayes area.

Give them a brief then wait and wait as they ignore you. Either they have no properties to show or are plain lazy. Either way utterly useless. They do howeveR, get one star for not being Foxtons, now they are really, really awful.

In reply to your response: So we can add poor filing/record-keeping to your faults. I wouldn't have thought this were something you'd want to admit to. Oh well.

I had great experience with Hamptons agency as I had my apartment for short renting period and Mr. James Issac was really professional amazing person and get me the apartment that really fit my need. It was lovely to meet James while I was trying to find a place to rent. He listened to my needs and situation and was able to negotiate suitable terms with the landlord. He was responsive and always kept me in the loop about the progress and proactively followed up on the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Getting your flat after a week in the country is amazing. I though I was going to be renting temporary accommodation for at least a month. Out of 4 agencies that helped this one was the best. James walked me through 6 flats and helped picked the one that suited me best, while being front forward. Not only the help to get the right place was amazing, but also after. You need something, send an email or a call and the will pick right up.
I feel good knowing that I can count on them with any help regarding my new acquisition!
