I recently dealt with Laney from the Mall office in London. In my time as an estate agent it is rare for me to go and review another estate agent, however she has certainly been a breath of fresh air to deal with in a chain we have been involved in. Always returned calls, was at the other end of the phone when times got a little tricky and has just been fantastic from the outset. We sold our house in Pitshanger, Ealing, over the course of 2023 and 2024 with Hamptons Ealing. Paul Daniels and his team were professional and friendly pretty much throughout the process. They were also the only estate agency we trialled who we felt were honest with us about the sales situation during a slow period for the housing market. We have been working with Laney Manu at Hamptons over the last few months. She has been absolutely brilliant in facilitating the purchase of our new house. She is always prompt, available, patient and understanding. Her communication is excellent and she clearly has lots of experience. I have been impressed with Hamtons in Ealing who dealt with my recent house sale. From my initial meeting with Paul Daniel, it only took a week to get the house on the market. Viewings were organised very quickly and the sale agreed within a couple of weeks. Selina provided excellent communication during the sale process with regular updates!
