    Excellent. First class. Alex and James made the whole process of selling my flat very enjoyable. Within a few days of the initial valuation meeting, the Brik team produced a very high quality marketing brochure of my property and had already arranged multiple viewings with serious potential buyers. I was receiving strong offers almost immediately and Alex managed the whole selling process for me without any stress. If I need to sell again, the first point of call would be Brik, they are in a different class to other estate agents.

    Alex Weldon has made the whole process of buying a property a breeze! He has been efficient, helpful and good humoured throughout. He even gave us advice on finding other professionals to help in our property buying process that proved invaluable. Brik seemed to also have a good range of properties and the brochures were great to look at, unlike some boring brochures we've seen. The photography was excellent.

    Ryan and Georgina made the move into our new property seamless, from scheduling our first viewing to handling the specifics of the contract negotiation and signing. They conducted themselves very professionally throughout while at the same time applying a warm personal touch.
