I was buying a house on offer and the transaction was rapid (exchange and completion within 4 weeks of offer being accepted) because of the responsiveness of the agents, and the recommendations of solicitors and the mortgage advisors that they were closely working with. I thought the entire process was less stressful and tedious than I anticipated because it could all be coordinated in-house than having myself as the interface between various parties.

I would recommend Hamptons International Northcote Road very highly. My husband and I have been looking for our dream home (to buy) for the last few months and Jonathan Barry has definitely been the most helpful out of all of the different real estate agents we have met through this process. I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Hamptons Intl Notting Hill, especially the agent who facilitated the process: Dean. Dean went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging a newly listed/highly desired flat viewing upon short notice, commencing to a finalised and accepted offer within three hours of my proposal. There was no bidding war and he even ensured that the referencing was as hassle-free and efficient as possible.

The entire team's knowledge on the flat was thorough - plus, all were enthusiastic and expeditious in their responses to all of my queries during the paperwork exchange - special mention to Tertius.
