I’ve been letting my flat with Nick for nearly 2 years and I have had excellent service. Nick is really good at his job, he literally turned up to view my property the first time and within a day had found the perfect new tenants. He is personable, easy to contact and communicate with and his service so far has been very efficient and helpful. I really appreciate being able to talk to the same person who gives a great tailor made service instead of going to a larger company and talking to a different person every time there is an issue or change of tenant, and having to repeat the same conversations.... I found Nick through recommendations on NextDoor and the first thing he said was "Call me!" If you have searched for a managing agent, you will know what a rare find someone like Nick. We have a great line of communication, Nick inspected our building and came up with some recommendations. He comes as someone who knows and loves what he is doing and this is reflected in his attitude and the service he provides. We are running through some documentation to finalise the engagement, but are very satisfied and excited about working with Nick.
