We used Major Son and Phipps to both buy and sell our properties and I couldn't rate the service highly enough. We had Richard looking after us primarily but we also dealt with the rest of the team when he was unavailable. Everyone was professional, helpful and efficient. Richard supported us every step of the way, he was on hand and very quick to reply to explain any aspect of the process we were unclear about. He remained in contact with us constantly without being pushy or demanding and went above and beyond to keep things flowing throughout the chain. Richard gave us suggestions for removals, solicitors and mortgage advisers which was a great platform to start from but he was never pushy about who we should use.
