Knight Frank Richmond helped us sell our house in autumn 2019, and had also been very patient helping us find a house to buy over the previous 18-24 months. In selling our house, in a quiet market they generated significant interest and conducted numerous viewings resulting in offers from multiple potential buyers and a sale at asking price. The English house purchase system with its lack of early serious commitment seems designed to bring out the worst in people and encourage repeated attempts at gazundering. My buyers certainly exploited this to the full but calm, patient, super competent and ever charming Laura managed to steer both sides through all the crises to complete the sale. Much appreciated.

A really terrific team who managed our house sale over the line where 3 other agents had failed. They were totally professional and reliable but what impressed us most was their approach , which was strategic, determined, and consistently focussed.
