Yes KF are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and in this case that for us was first class service throughout the process, and a swift sale.

Having sold our house recently through the Knight Frank (KF) Richmond office I felt compelled to write a review.
The team were superb in every aspect, from the initial instruction they provided; well scripted marketing materials, qualified prospective buyers, fantastic service, sound market advice and overall professionalism and politeness.
My main contacts were Charlotte and Jordanna who really took the time to understand every detail of the property and whom ensured this was relayed to those that viewed. The broader office team were also fully aware of proceedings and very helpful indeed.
Lastly, in the run up to exchange, I was particularly impressed in the role Charlotte played with all parties to ensure a timely execution - faultless!
I would highly recommend if you are looking to sell in the area or indeed buy. Great job team Richmond KF.

Excellent service from Knight Frank’s Richmond office. I was helping a friend who is partially sighted move from Barnes to Richmond. We found a beautiful flat that Knight Frank were selling. Their staff could not have been more professional and were particularly helpful in dealing with my friend who’s sight is sufficiently bad that she can’t read any correspondence. Particular praise for Jordanna Mancina who went well beyond the call of duty to ensure the purchase went through without any hitches. If I ever sell in Richmond, I certainly intend to instruct Knight Frank.

Beware and avoid at all costs or say bye to your deposit and nerves!
These people are systematically there to rip off tenants during and after tenancy.
Smiley and friendly Vinoath (who is the only professional person) will be quick and efficient in finding you a flat and getting the move in done.
Then the nightmare starts with Natalie and Joanne, who will do anything to blame the customer as opposed to help.
The worst is the check-out when Pritesh and team will do anything to get your money/deposit. The company representative told us that rarely do they such a flat in such tidy and clean condition returned as we did. And 3 weeks later we receive a request by Pritesh to pay 400 GBP for 'hooks' on the wall that had been there at move in and a mosquito found in a sink etc after us having done general cleaning. I have copied below the original "deduction sheet" below so you see 1st hand how they work. When asked for invoices for the work done for the 'deductions' they can't present anything, but instead of ever admitting faults on their side will go into e-mail ping pongs with you and your only way out with them is to sue them which we will do ! Good luck to anyone dealing with them!

Knight Frank, and Vinny in particular, have been phenomenal and instrumental to our last-minute move to London. Vinny had managed to complete an entire workflow (from property viewing, to referencing to signed tenancy contract) within a record time of less than a week (a feat in comparison to any other Estate agent in London). They've also been very accommodating to any requests and prompt towards dealing with them. We have lived in 4 countries and rented several properties over the years. Natalie Dordoy has been, by far, the most efficient, effective and responsive property manager we’ve encountered. If we email or call her with a question, issue or concern, her response is nearly immediate. I have never had to check whether or not Natalie has called the landlord, repairman, painter, etc. because we trust that she has done what she said she would. We also find it very reassuring that Natalie calls or emails after a job has been completed in the house. Not only is Knight Frank lucky to have such a knowledgeable, dedicated employee, but the owner of the home we rent is very lucky too. On the other hand... the aftermath was quite painful/annoying unfortunately.
The information received from the Agency revealed to be really imprecise on some aspects of the technical features of the flat (even though reportedly passed by their clients), definitely demonstrating some quite shallow technical knowledge which one would not expect from a name as Knight Frank.

We provide photos and floor plans to a number of Knight Frank offices in London. Knight Frank staff are always great to deal with, they are always very professional and highly organised. Their Richmond office is no exception. Monique and Luke have been based at the branch for many years, which speaks volumes. They have been sending us to some wonderful properties lately, which our photographers have really enjoyed shooting. If this office is this easy to deal with as a supplier, then we can only imagine what a great quality service they offer their clients. Good estate agents are worth their weight in gold!

We instructed Knight Frank to sell our house in Richmond the week before the stamp duty was raised and the whole market slowed down. We knew it wouldn't happen over night but Knight Frank made sure viewings were relevant and the buyers had been checked. Due to personal circumstances I was away from London, however I was assured that my physical presence were not required. Knight Frank offered the highest valuation for our property, and we were a bit suspicious at first but we went with it. Not only did they find an offer exactly at their valuation but did so within two weeks. Their secret seems to be their client base: it is outstanding, as was their professionalism. A great team performance from the moment I was introduced to Luke and Hannah. They impressed with their local knowledge particularly Luke who has been around the area for many years. Devised a strategy at the first meeting which they followed to the letter which was streets ahead of other agents I spoke to (apologies for the pun!). We were going through a period of travelling a lot and KF conducted all the viewings with the minimum of fuss which was invaluable at the time. First buyer unavoidably dropped out and KF had the property back on the market with the minimum of delay. Hannah conducted all negotiations in a very professional way and whilst having minor distractions, like getting married!, achieved a price we were very happy with. I would not hesitate to use them again as their professionalism was always to the fore which was brought out in the result. Well done Luke, Hannah and the team!

Never at any point did the team try to bamboozle us with spurious statistics regarding other local sales and purchases nor did they feed back irrelevant information from the viewings held and potential purchasers. We have found that the problem with so many agents is that they always try to paint a rosier picture than the actual reality, which wastes everyone's time really. Knight Frank tell it like it is and get the job done with the least amount of disruption to our busy lives. No flim flam!

Oscar Doyle from KF was excellent. Handled a tough situation with diplomacy and tact. He also came in a good deal above the estimated price of several other sellers but was able to use his network to find several buyers interested in paying the asking price. He priced it well as the first person in the door paid full asking despite the fact that several other brokers thought he'd overpriced the home by several hundred thousand pounds. he knew the market and got us the best price possible for our home. thank you.
