Hamptons were very attentive and professional. They arranged 4 viewings in the first weekend ( in the middle of a huge storm) they got 2 offers straight away and we accepted the asking price after some haggling. The exchange was exceptionally smooth, by far the simplest house move I have experienced. Our property is managed under the care of Julian Powell. As an expat family in which both my husband and I are lawyers (selling time), time is not a commodity we have much of. Add two busy kids to that perfect storm too. So as things in a house need repairs and/or maintenance, Julian is hands on, following up, providing updates and so forth.
