AVOID DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.. I rented a property from them in incredibly bad condition holes in every door, the same carpets from the 80s, But i Paid my rent on time every month. Then when it comes to leave they make up fictional damage just to keep your deposit. Then they DO NOT get the work completed but they will have your money. Lucy has dismissive and rude about the whole situation. IF YOU RENT A PROPERTY FROM THEM EXPECT NOT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK...... Read more

From first meeting, it was clear that Henry Adams was going to be hard to better. None of their competitors came close! Steve came with clear evidence of where our house sat in the market, raising our expectations to its true value without over-promising. (Result: 2 asking price offers within a few weeks.) We were immediately confident of his professionalism and pleased by his evident courtesy. Those characteristics ran through the whole team who showed people round our house. And Hannah kept on top of the whole process to completion, reporting frequently, smoothing out all the bumps on the way. Certainly, the best experience we have had with an estate agent – and this is the 7th home we have sold. Henry Adams may not be the cheapest agency in town – though they are certainly not the most expensive, and without doubt they earned their money.
