Extremely unhelpful when trying to sell my house. Very much tried to blame the lack of interest on me. Once they dont get much interest in your property they stop trying. One member of staff in particular is very rude and unhelpful.

My wife and I bought our first home through Henry Adams in Midhurst, and as buyers, had a really positive experience, even finding a bottle of prosecco in the fridge on moving in.
We are now in the final stages of selling our current property and buying a new one, both through Henry Adams again.
We were always going to list our property with them as we'd had such a good buying experience and we have been delighted with the service we have received. They found us a buyer within a week and sadly when they pulled out they found us anothet buyer within a few days, turning a stressful situation around quickly.
For the last few weeks we have been dealing with Matt from the office and can't praise his customer service highly enough. He has been a calm head in some frustrating circumstances and dealt with everything as it has arisen, reassuring us all the time. His friendly approach has been personal but professional and he has definitely gone above and beyond.
We are looking forward to moving into our new home in a few days and couldn't recommend Matt, and the Henry Adams office in Midhurst highly enough.

We sold our house with Henry Adams at Midhurst and even though we had some unfortunate incidents like buyers pulling out due to Covid meaning that the sales process took nearly 18 months the Sales Manager there called Matthew Shepherd always stayed customer focused, outcome focused, responsive, and positive and that showed in the final sales figure. He also went the extra mile transforming the sale and “managing" the buyers and their solicitor. If it were not for Matthews resilience and doggedness I honestly do not believe we would have had the positive outcome we had. Matthew is a real credit to Henry Adams and while he is there I would recommend dealing with them unreservedly.

Have been fortunate enough to rent a house through Henry Adams Midhurst for nearly 5 years now and I have to say I'm totally happy with the service we receive. Everyone connected to HA at Midhurst have been first rate, responsive, attentive and thorough. Special thanks to Emily who has been our "go to" person for the majority of our tenancy, and has been an excellent representative for HA at Midhurst throughout!

We sold our house with Henry Adams and were delighted with the quality of service we received from Matt. From a single valuation request he quickly identified an opportunity and within 5 minutes we had our first viewing arranged which led to a successful sale. We rented through Henry Adams , North Street Midhurst. Emily Perry had been extremely helpful right from the beginning in terms of showing the property around and making the process of contracts and moving in much more easier than normal. Also regular checks of property were done with adequate notice and any faults and repairs that were needed were attended to Promptly. Moving out was also a smooth process as we moved into the new house. Emily was very helpful professional and made the process very smooth and easy. Thanks Emily and 'Henry Adams' . We would recommend Henry Adams highly.

We have recently bought and sold with Henry Adams in Midhurst and they have been excellent throughout the process which began at the beginning of January and we completed mid March! Matt was particularly helpful, diligent and persistent when necessary to ensure everything went through smoothly even when things got a bit bumpy along the way! Like anything in life you get what you pay for and their professionalism and integrity was worth every penny to make what could have been a stressful process a very enjoyable one.

We have used Henry Adams for renting our property and we are so happy we did. Emily has always looked after us, she is always at the end of the phone whenever we need something. We have rented through many agents prior to Henry Adams and none of them compare in professionalism. If ever we need something, we know it will be sorted with one phone call to Emily, which as a renter is a huge sense of comfort, relief and reassurance.

We love Henry Adams! We currently rent through them and nothing has ever been too much trouble. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We love our house, but as with any home we have had the odd breakage or breakdown. This is always fixed in a timely manner by reputable and reliable tradesmen thanks to Henry Adams. Specifically, our main point of contact Emily, is fantastic. She is always there when we need, and extremely friendly and professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 10/10 all the way!
