After a rocky start (there were a whole load of errors on the draft details and it was clear that they had simply copy and pasted the details from a previous marketing of the house, without noting that an extension had been built - which caused us to question their fee!), things improved markedly. Excellent customer service. I needed a property with parking but the one I went to view had neither an allocated parking space no residential parking permit. Byron went above and beyond by contacting the Havant Borough Council just to get a residential parking permit for me. His customer service is simply fantastic.
