7 years ago in 2011 I was looking to sell my property on the manhood peninsular and buy another in the near vicinity as we were looking to downsize. We invited a number of estate agents to value the house and to explain both their rationale for the valuation and their marketing strategy. They were also invited to put forward proposals in the event that they both sold our house and found us a new property to move into in the area. Ben Green of Henry Adams was our automatic choice. He was professional, courteous and completely clear as to how the company would market what was very much a unique offering. In short he and his team found us a buyer at the price we were seeking and also found us a new house to move into exactly where we wanted to be. A genuine win for all parties. When earlier this year we were looking to move again to free up some capital Ben was our first choice and once again he and his team did not disappoint. This time around their comprehensive list of potential buyers looking to move into the area meant that we were sold before the house even went on to the open market at a price we were very happy to accept.
