It made sense to use an agent who was truly local, and they welcomed us so warmly whenever we visited.
The whole team at Henry Adams:Middleton on Sea have been so professional and supportive. There was excellent communication from the initial valuation through to completion, in spite of the challenges of time zones across two continents.
It really didn’t matter who we talked to, the whole team were there for us , but a special mention to Ella who kept us informed of all viewings and shared feedback with such excitement. Thank you, Jane and Guy

I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

Recently bought a house through Henry Adam’s Bognor. We were in a very difficult position following having to pull out from another purchase through another agent. What you need from your agent is honesty, transparency and very pro-active communication. Our agent Mark and the rest of the team could not have done more to assist in getting our new purchase over the line…. In record time too! Brilliant team …. Highly recommend ????

They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy "
The lead up to exchange with 5 in the
Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through.
Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

They were pretty awful throughout, communication was horrendous and Will was a joke, communication was horrendous and sent very strange emails once we’d decided to pull out of using Henry Adam’s. The house has remained unsold.
