Dom sold our house within 5 weeks of marketing and we exchanged contracts 6 weeks later, the whole process was stress free and efficient due to everyone on hand at hills quickly responding to any issues and queries.

Dom and his team have been amazing from start to finish. Dom not only gets to understand your property but then seeks out potential buyers.
The team kept me up to speed at every step and sort out information from the chain as things moved forward (often knowing at what stage the chain was before my solicitors!).
I can't recommend Hills enough. A very caring, knowledgeable and dilegent estate agent, from the very first call to completion.

Whilst the general moving experience was quite poor, the service provided by the agent was exceptional and significantly reduced our stress levels. The initial contact, appraisal and onboarding was highly professional and left us feeling confident of a sale. The whole process thereafter seemed to flow and communication was effective, timely and informative. Dialogue between us and all the team ensured we were not just informed of progress, or lack thereof, but our expectations were appropriately managed.
All in all, a five star service at a very good price. Highly recommended and we shall be using them again soon!
