Whilst the general moving experience was quite poor, the service provided by the agent was exceptional and significantly reduced our stress levels. The initial contact, appraisal and onboarding was highly professional and left us feeling confident of a sale. The whole process thereafter seemed to flow and communication was effective, timely and informative. Dialogue between us and all the team ensured we were not just informed of progress, or lack thereof, but our expectations were appropriately managed.
All in all, a five star service at a very good price. Highly recommended and we shall be using them again soon!

We have just used Hills to purchase a property, couldn't recommend them anymore! Dom was the most efficient and helpful throughout the whole process, always providing updates and keeping track of everyone in the chain so we knew where we stood. If it wasn't for him I have no idea how we would've gotten to the point of completion! The team are always easy to get hold of, communicate clearly and just always on the ball. Will definitely be using Hills in the future for all things house.

Hills couldn’t have been anymore amazing with the service they provided throughout the sale of my house. Dom went above a beyond and provided excellent service throughout the sale,
I would highly recommend Hills to anyone who is thinking of selling a property. Dom sold my house within 2 days of being on the market with Hills after it had previously been on the market with another company for 3 months.
Nothing was too much trouble for Dom and he always went above and beyond!

“I first met Dominic on the day he opened his new business back in the autumn of 2022. By the end of that week my cottage in Newnham was on the market so I was one of his first clients. I was very impressed with the way he presented the details of the cottage, using a small drone to take the aerial photos which made a huge difference to the overall presentation. I had a lot of viewings and the cottage sold within weeks. His attention to detail is amazing and he never forgets anything!
As the sale proceeded, Dominic and Venetia both kept me up to date with details coming in from my buyer which was really helpful as solicitors can be a bit sparse on information at times! Not only were they helpful on the sale side but they also helped as much as they could with my purchase which was outside the area. They were both very supportive and I was hugely impressed with how hard they both work over very long hours. Nothing is ever too much trouble!
