I've used Appleby's for my past two sales, and just bought a house through them too. They are all a pleasure to deal with - fast, efficient communication and always on top of the finer details. The photos of my house sales have all been excellent, and the offers have always come flooding in from the outset. To top it off, Appleby's are extremely reasonable in terms of cost. We were about to complete on another property through another estate agents that fell through, then we came across a place that we loved through Appleby's. We were unable to view it, so after a few phonecalls we were given all the information on the property including work that needed to be done etc. Due to how much interest it had we knew it would sell right away so we put in an offer without viewing it. Understandably the seller was reluctant to sell to someone who hadn't viewed it so they rejected our offer and accepted someone else's. However that sale didn't go through as well as one or two before hand that had also fallen through. Appleby's knew how much we wanted it, knew that we understood it needed work and that we had everything in place for a mortgage, so instead of just putting it back on the market they called us and arranged an exclusive viewing. Our offer was accepted, we spoke with them weekly throughout the process keeping all parties up to date and we picked up the keys yesterday!... Read more
