Both Ky and Katie were very helpful, had great knowledge and were friendly towards me from the very first contact. They were able to answer all of the questions about the property I was interested in, they sorted out a lawyer for me to use and helped me to arrange the finance I needed to buy.

My uncle was trying to sell his business privately for 4 months, he signed with Hilton Smythe and says from initial contact right through to sale he had full diclosure, constant updates and within 2 months a flood of offers. Post sale, even after fees, he got over 30% of his initial asking price. Highly recommended and extremely professional.
