Landlord of property in Bolton and used Entwistle Green lettings for a 3 year period. Communication is poor and they are happy to take their commission and not do much else (e.g the odd phone call, report). Never heard from them in 3 years. As the tenants have now moved on, I am selling the house, so won't require their services, but had I have continued to rent out I would have looked for another agent for sure.

Chris came round and valued the house and got us all set up again he was really helpful and explained the process throughly. Kate was really helpful with mortgage advice. Don't use Entwistle Green to sell your house. Poor communication, poor follow up. Poor overall.......as a post script to the review posted. I replied 48 hours ago as requested and surprise!! Surprise!!! No response...it seems that Entwistle Green live in their own perfect bubble and are in deniel of anything wrong.

Keeley who works for entwistle green in Bolton as helped me and my brother out greatly. Fast and fantastic service. We viewed the house on the Monday 3rd of June in the morning. Got home rang after dinner. Paid deposit in the afternoon to hold the house for me and brother. It was easy to sign and fill in forms online. Keeley deserves to win a award for her outstanding service, helpfulness, politeness and a professional at work. Thank you again Keeley for all your hard work helping me and my brother out so quick.
