Have been paying rent on time for the 2 and a half years with them yet they call and ask why rent isn't paid! Receptionist admitted the money goes into a pool and they have no system in place to determine what money goes where. My landlord is owed 6 months rent and cant get through to them to discuss it and find out about the deposit.
The company have now sent a letter explaining how they have ceased trading due to "malicious rumours" made about them which frankly are all true! Thwy lied to my landlord saying it hasn't been paid because I myself am not paying it and even when I gave proof to all parties they still tried to lie to make it look like my fault!
Now they ignore all phone calls and emails.
The levels of professionalism from the people in charge is a joke and a complete ruse! It's good they can no longer scam people but by the looks of it I am not the only person who has suffered from all of this in the past and still waiting on an end result!

Ripped off and they have done a runner.
i have reported them to the police, get in touch with me if you have also been ripped off, the more people who complain might make the police take notice of the theft they have committed. I am owed £5500 by Mark and Hannah, it has been rumoured they have moved out of the area.

Do not use at all i have been ripped off over the past 2 years and thought it was the tenant not paying but in fact was the agency.they havent been doing any checks and looking after my home it now have to be fully refurbished .they owe me £2400 for missed rent and the deposit for damage.do not trust anything they say.

We've been through absolute hell since the start of this year trying to gain over 3 months worth of rental income from the business in Kingswinford, who decided to take our tenants funds and not transfer to myself. They have also essentially stolen our tenants initial deposit as they didn't follow the legally correct procedure by depositing the amount into a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme. The owner, Hannah, has now dropped off the face of the earth not responding to emails, calls, texts, letters with numerous complaints of a similar nature popping up online daily all of which are now seeking legal action. The business should be completely ashamed of their dispictable actions, people's hard earned money and incomes being sucked into a black hole.

Don't bother - they haven't put the deposit they took from the tenant into one of the required legal schemes and kept the money. I am now taking legal action against them to get it back
