We're an unusual estate agent.
We do all the usual things to help people make decisions on their property. Throughout Essex and in Brentwood and Chelmsford, whether it's to buy, sell, rent or lease, we're always here to lend a helping hand.
But we also like to play a big role in the community too. We organise events and open our offices to the community as well.
We like to think of ourselves as a hub of information for everyone in the area and like to get involved in local life whenever we can.
Being from the local area, we’re very proud of Brentwood and Chelmsford and do what we can to help the area flourish both in terms of helping people move but also by celebrating everything that the area has to offer.

Selling your house can be stressful, or so I was led to believe. With ‘Home’ agency, from the moment we had a valuation to the completion of our property, everything ran smoothly and that is down to the hard work and professionalism from the Home team. We were kept informed at every step of the way. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and informative. Stacy and Scott gave us lots of advice when selling and this led us to sell quickly to a cash buyer. Jo was excellent at liaising with the solicitors and hurrying things up.Thank you also to Ellie for keeping us up to date too. Home also recommended a solicitor and removal company. Both have been super efficient and absolutely brilliant.
We cannot thank the Home partnership enough for making our journey with them so smoothly. My husband and I would highly recommend them.

Good communication, professional and rapid response. Suzanne Levene that I dealt with arranged the viewing of the property of interest, meeting with a financial adviser and the evaluation of my current home in less than 30 min. Everything was then confirmed via SMS and email and at no point that I felt pushed or hassled. I cannot comment further as I have yet to actually go through the process further over the next couple of days.

Very few viewings with zero feedback provided. Disinterested staff.
In a very competitive market, surprised how poor these guys are.
Looking at the previous high ratings, all 2 & 6 years ago. Clearly trading on previous success. Certainly NOT 5* rated today

I can only comment as a buyer not a seller. Utter shambles, poor communication, finally offered what seller wanted, promised a call back/update on offer and nothing, not even a courtesy call. Had to impose a deadline in the end as vendor procrastinating, this ultimately wasn’t met and some 5 hours later I’m still none the wiser on my offer (my home sold STC and evidence of funding provided). For a commission based company and a willing purchaser, all rather odd. Vendor may have changed mind, or simply didn’t want to sell to us, but nonetheless, Home should have kept us informed. Offer now accepted on another property, paperwork already underway, Bairstow Eves bending over backwards to help, vendors lovely and above all decisive. My advice, look elsewhere if you are looking to buy/sell.
