I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all.
Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I didn't have the best experience purchasing a home with Lux Homes. I worked with Sophie Andrews and communication on important updates could be slow, highly disorganised and Lux Homes did not ensure that the spec on their brochures matched what was produced by the developers so there were many discrepancies and things that were promised, we did not receive. There was a time I had to involve and actively reach out to the Founders of Lux Homes because I was not getting adequate responses and it felt like I'd be chasing for responses; I can't count how many times I called Lux Homes during the purchase process for updates. A lot of the buyers from my development felt the same and expressed frustration at the experience. Whilst I understand that Sophie tried her best and it wasn't easy to juggle so many clients, it might have been better to have added another Sales agent to support the onboarding of buyers onto this development.
After a stressful and long purchase experience due to delays with the developer, I finally went to pick up my keys from Lux Home and was disappointed that there was no welcome/congratulations box (that is the little that they could have done) as most real estate agents will give you a box of chocolates or champagne. If you are buying a new build, i would not recommend Lux Homes as the apartments are anything but Luxurious and the experience was definitely not 'Lux'. This was my first time buying a property.

Having recently dealt with lux homes in brentwood i can honestly say they have given us 5 star service . On first meeting Bradley we new he was the man for us , the main man to get our house sold . He comes across as a very confident man that knows his stuff. We had four agents round in total all roughly offering us the same price but Bradley was the man that had that extra enthusiasm about our property. He is always available for advice from anything like a conversation about selling our home to giving us a contact number for a plumber. I can thoroughly recommend this man to anyone wanting to sell their home. We have sold several homes and now having dealt with Bradley at Lux homes in Brentwood i would always choose him to sell ours again.

From day one Bradley at Lux Homes (Brentwood) has always been honest, upfront, and reliable, easily to work with and contactable which is just what you need when buying a house. Our first house, daunting and exciting at the same time to say the least.
Bradley has been nothing more than friendly, professional and amazing to deal with supportive and his expertise and guidance have been very reassuring.
Bradley has also made a point of getting to know us and the area. Which goes a long way on a personal level but also keeping very professional at the same time.

Matthew Storey from Lux Home has been a pleasure to work with. Real estate agents aren’t usually great people to work with and I came to Matthew after a few bad experiences. Matthew went out of his way to understand the apartment I wanted to sell, took notes, and kept me updated on the photography for the flat and the adverts. He had people come to view the flat within a week or so, and after 2 months I received an offer I accepted. Matthew is a professional, courteous, positive and really straight forward person to deal with. I cannot recommend Matthew enough.

I’m so far I went with Lux Homes to sell my property. Sophie was someone I trusted from the outset and the photography for the property was fantastic. I had a few offers fall through but Sophie was focused on getting me the best price for my property and ended up selling the flat for higher than I expected. Lux Homes provided the best service we couldn't have asked for more. From the time of making the appointment for viewing with Matthew to progression and completion with Daisy the service has been fantastic and informative at every step. We had originally spent 2 months with other estate agents being sort of tunneled with all the other possible buyers prior to finding our home with Lux Homes who made the whole process feel very personal to us. As with any purchase some problems arise be it big or small, Matthew & Daisy both did their utmost best in resolving those. We managed to complete within 2 months of viewing! 15 stars if I could. Started with Sophie knocking on the door out of the blue and with a couple of disappointing attempts to sell with other agents she filled me with confidence from the get go though i still was a little cynical. However right from the get go sophie pulled out all the stops, wasted no time and within days house was sold after being on the market with other agents for 6months+. After this Daisy the sale progressor was dealing with the buyers/agents/solicitors and was always reassuring, on the ball and worked tirelessly to progress quite a difficult and complex sale that other agents would not have been able to handle. I cant really commend both Daisy and Sophie enough with how professional, friendly, efficientand continuously communicative they were throughout what could otherwise have been an arduous process especially as this particular sale was by no means straightforward. DO NOT PUT YOUR PROPERTY ON WITH ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN LUX HOMES. You will regret it and end up having wasted months and will end up with them anyway and be happy that you did and this is coming from someone who has never written any type of review of anything or anyone ever. Sophie knocked on our door twice whilst we were listed with another agent, we were having a lot of problems losing buyers 3 times so we thought we would try Lux as what did we have to lose, Sophie seemed energetic, knowledgeable and told us she would get our house sold quickly. She was right!!!
Sophie and Daisy were both amazing, they kept us updated and put up with our nervous calls and calmed us throughout the process, I couldn’t fault them!
If you want to sell your house with a company that cares and works tirelessly to get things done… go with Lux. We couldn’t recommend them enough.
