They give great advice and do exactly what they say, Stuart was extremely approachable and knowledgeable and Wendy was a pleasure to deal with, also helped with negotiation on our purchase, we moved from Thundersley to Suffolk and will be using them to help us find a place when we move back, highly recommended

20th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)Recently looked for a place to rent in Upminster and Charlie at Beresfords was incredibly helpful from day one. The team did everything they could to make the process as easy and as smooth as possible and were all very friendly. They even found us a place which suited us even better than the place we originally went to view. Once all the documents were processed, Ella was also very helpful and efficient at processing further documents and deposits. Will definitely be our go-to estate agents for any needs going forwards.
14th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)This is the second time I’ve used HS Estates and both times it was a pleasure. Ritchie, Corran and Simone were communicative, helpful and hard working. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but their diligence and tenacity really helped to see it through. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

(214 reviews)16th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)I have to say a huge thank you to Jasmine who went over and above to help resolve a rental payment issue, which happened on the eve of her holiday outside of working hours. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.
6th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)Beware! This company do not care about tenants or their welfare. They failed to settle their own dispute with the landlord, who then turned on me to recover her losses. They basically lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with the situation, chased a tidy profit out of a very ugly situation they caused in the first place. Don't be mislead by other positive reviews... They're probably all good if all goes well and their banking their commissions, but if there are any complications they'll leave you high 'n' dry. They're simply not a good company, and their contracts are worthless pieces of paper unless the clause is in their favour. This machiavellian organisation are a disgrace to their industry. They caused me untold stress and cost me a fortune. They should not be allowed to trade. I’d strongly advise you steer clear.

Despite a tricky sale with lots of obstacles Louise ensured she kept us up to date throughout and even stayed late on the day of completion to ensure we completed before the weekend ! I cant fault Temme English at all and would highly recommend !

After approaching Nick at Nest for some advice, I made the switch to Nest. As soon as I signed up with Nest i felt like a valued customer, if you are after attention to detail and someone to hold your hand through every step of the way Nick is your man. From listing the our property and being in the new one in 11 weeks it couldn't of gone any smoother.

All staff were really friendly and approachable and very responsive over the phone or via email. Very on the ball with the sales progression side of things and just a genuinely lovely bunch of people.

23rd Sep 2024 (21 days ago)Was kept up to date on everything. Allan Seager at Noble handled everything! He was patient, since we had to wait for Probate to come through. Wasn't hassled at all in the wait for probate. Gave advice on solicitors, who to get to do an EPC etc. Unbelievable demand after 1 day going "live". Did all the visits and met the potential buyers to the house and showed them around etc. I didn't have to do anything. Regularly updated on line using Nobles Home sale progress website along with the buyers progress. The eventual buyer upped their original bid by £15000 to secure. Really happy and the fees for selling and the solicitors were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Noble for selling a house the Dagenham district.
