The team at the Kelvedon Hatch office demonstrated an impressive wealth of knowledge, handling every aspect with professionalism and care. Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys ??????

They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

30th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
