2nd Jan 2026 (19 days ago)I was selling my apartment through Griffin Grays, and they found a buyer, the conveyancing was taking a very long time over 5 months! One day I went in person to the office and asked what's going on with my property. The Sales man, I believe his name was Mark said, "Oh the buyers pulled out" and that was it. No warning, no apology, no refund on a potential holding deposit - nothing. I was stranded and devastated. It upset me that the agent did not even have the courtesy to inform me. Now I have an apartment that I don't want to live in and want to get rid of but have zero trust in the agent. A terrible experience.

From day one, they’ve proven to be reliable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and they make the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. What really stands out is their consistency — no matter the situation, Chris and the team are dependable and always follow through. They take the time to understand your needs, offer practical advice, and handle everything with a high level of care and attention to detail. It’s clear they value long-term relationships and take pride in the service they provide. I have experience with other estate agents and Balgores are by far the most active and professional for the start to end of the sale. Thank you again ??

They had the property on the market within days of having the property ready, and we had two offers within a week, the process could not have been more efficient. I would recommend HS Estates for all of your property needs.

Their service has been excellent, and they are always quick to address any issues that arise with the property. I feel confident knowing that they genuinely care about their tenants and work hard to resolve problems as soon as possible. Very happy with their service!Lauren is very helpful as well.

8th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)This lettings agent should be the gold standard for all sales/lettings agents. The team is incredibly friendly, polite and respectful. Tonia & Libby were the two team members I dealt with the most and they are very professional, patient and really did their best to make sure they responded to all my queries. They went above & beyond and if felt like such a breadth of fresh air. On my first day, I went in my flat seeing all my requests having been addressed and they absolutely made sure everything was as welcoming and as friction free as possible. They have such refreshingly good manners too and always make sure to open the door for me as I am about to leave the premises. These little things stack up. The property managers also call ASAP to address any maintenance issues, I am very pleased with them. Thank you for making a stressful Christmas/New Year move as friction and stress free as possible Libby & Tonia!

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if she’d captained the Lionesses at some point! If you’re looking to buy a home, I’d highly recommend Lux Homes. Their properties are beautiful and the service is just as strong. Thank you Sophie and the whole team.

7th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

I was super impressed by the efficiency of their booking system for viewings and the lie communication has been brilliant. Sold my house quickly and couldn’t be happier with their service.

His communication was outstanding—reliable, clear, and proactive at every stage. Even when delays and issues arose with the buyers’ solicitors, he never let things stall. He kept following up, pushing for progress, and making sure our interests were always protected. I genuinely think without Dan’s proactive involvement, the legal process would have dragged for months. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment made a stressful process far smoother, and we’re genuinely grateful for the effort he put in. Anyone looking for an agent who truly works for you will be in excellent hands with him.

They were clear and honest with us, as well as any people viewing and the buyers - I have felt like other estate agents acted in a way which was underhanded but I didn't feel this with Leaders. Easy to contact and always there for any questions or concerns. Was a nice touch having someone who pushes the sale through, who was there when there were issues we didn't know how to sort ourselves. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
