I can’t thank the lettings team of Brentwood enough for their quick and prompt service.
After instructing another estate agent for my rental property, I was let down with no feedback, no photos and an overall lack of interest in letting my house.
I spoke to Steve the lettings agent who went round that very day to take photos, and the property was listed on Rightmove the very same day.
I must also thank Juliette and Katie for their constant feedback and updates with the moving process and helping with any queries I had.

Rude and unhelpful! We had to use this branch on behalf of a relative, and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a person called Juliet, she was very rude and unhelpful and also did know really why the landlord agreed and did not even know what was in the contract, and stated that we were incorrect.. we had to show her the agreement (that they produced).
This person should not be dealing with customers, some manners would help and she should be able to chat to people in a friendly and professional way, which she didn't! A male colleague of hers took over & in a friendly manner dealt & resolved the issue.

Abbey, Paul and Ellisha couldn't have worked faster if they tried - offer accepted within a week ????
I signed the agreement with Paul for Bairstow Eves to sell my property on a Monday, had my 1st viewing arranged the next evening, and had an offer (my asking price) put forward and accepted the following week, we didn't even need to list the property online!
I explained to the guys I was looking for speedy move and couldn't be happier with the result of the process. Communication has been quick and concise throughout, and realistic in regards to guidance on asking price and development research in the area - the guys know their stuff, and are hot on competition in Brentwood.
The photographer Hennie, is fab too, he took some amazing shots (even though I didn't need them in the end as they found the perfect buyer in real time). I'm using the lawyers suggested by Bairstow Eves, which again has been a god send for speeding the process along, and the paperwork was sent immediately after the offer for me to complete.
Thank you so much holding my hand throughout the process and making my sale stress free! I'll continue to recommend to everyone in the Brentwood area

I can’t recommend this agency enough, what a fantastic service they provide. Me, my wife and 18 month old have been viewing rental properties in brentwood for 3weeks through different agencies, all we have been met by is lies and time wasters and pushy agents who do not care about us and only care about getting a sale. Finally we came across a property with Bairstow eves, spoke to STEVEN WARNER on friday and made a booking for monday, and even though we didnt go with with the property we initially viewed on monday morning, STEVEN showed us a different property within 15 minutes at brunel house as he listened to our needs and now we have agreed and have a moving date. STEVEN is the most honest, patient and proffesional agent we have ever dealt with. We cannot thank you enough. This branch in Brentwood is a disgrace to bairstow eves.I wanted too get a valuation for my property last summer and was told by one of the workers there isn’t an estate agent around to do so for over 2 weeks so I thought as it was summer I’d give them the benefit of the doubt then last Friday the 9th of November to my amazement I pressed 1 for sales after phoning more than 10 times through the whole day the phone was just ringing and ringing not one person had the decency too answer the phone.
Please people avoid and go elsewhere and spend your money this brentwood branch should be closed down !!!!

Juliet, in particular, gave the most helpful and professional guidance (and plenty of moral support) at the end of a tenancy, the final stages of which turned out to be rather difficult. When we left the way in which we were treated and accused of doing stuff to the property in particular by the assistant manager Juliet was not acceptable. They need proceeded to make it hard work for us to get our money back and has caused both me and my fiancee a lot of stress and frustration. They were quick enough to take our money but then may it EXTREMELY difficult to get it back which is led to a complaint being sent now.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND NOT HAVE TO WAIT 5 WEEKS LIKE WE HAVE

We didn’t particularly enjoy our buying experience with Bairstow Eves. Of the mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and the estate agents involved, they (Bairstow Eves) were definitely the weakest link. The estate agent we dealt with in particular quite often waffled, loudly, a lot and rarely paused to listen; needing sharp interjections from our side to keep discussions on track. She didn’t at one point ask our buying situation and in doing so missed the opportunity to let the property we were moving from. On our first viewing with said agent, we were restricted from viewing the garden which would have shown one of the key issues with the rear of the property. Intentional? We'll never know. The sale went through eventually, so we can be grateful for that.

What a great service from David Kinney and Juliet Townsend at the Brentwood branch. They took the time to listen to my requirements, show they understood and were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. I had some hairy moments trying to make ready my property for tenants and they were there to help resolve issues as they arose.
They found me tenants and the property was empty for only 4 days - pretty good going!
They were doing a great deal on fees and even so, standards remained at the highest level.
