It used to be good communication and repairs.. now everything its falling apart.. waiting for them to fix my fence from march.. still nothing.. keep saying we will call you, get in touch and never happen... now i have scaffolding , they had to fix rain pipe.. so cant remove this scaffolding, i ordered new carpet . And not gonna let them take them scaffolding through my living room... its really bad at the moment... completely disrespect and iam really disappointed... Read more

Every day spent living in a SBHA home is a day of my life I will never get back!!
The service is poor and getting steadily worse, there now seems to be a complete loss of interest in the maintenance and general condition of the properties and grounds, they will do nothing more than plaster over surface cracks, problems that have persisted for years just keep getting worse !
Residents are now forced to endure living is what is perceived to be a local free rubbish dump for the surrounding area. Every morning I open my door to an ever growing pile of other peoples waste! It's disgusting and a thoroughly depressing environment to live in to the point I feel embarrassed having friends and family to visit!
Before you tell me to "email customer services" I have done, more times than I can remember and never had a response, which is probably one of the most frustrating things!!... Read more

We once had a lovely building, that won awards for design and was part of open house tours. After 13 years of SBHG mismanagement, we live in an unsafe, degraded building that our landlord does not care about.
They have revolving doors on their HQ for one reason, the staff last 5 mins. Nobody takes ownership, you never get an apology, you are lucky if your email gets a response. Promises fall flat, service charges, management fees and rent hike every year without fail. Even during a pandemic when they didn't action anything.
We have rotten walkways, unsecure doors, a lift that is out of action more than it works, flats with leaking roofs and unusable windows.
There is a huge car park you cannot use because they scammed you at the sale to believe you have parking then you get told at contract signing that you have signed up to a Low Car Housing Scheme.
We haven't even got close to getting costings for the cladding replacement because they waste money on survey after survey and don't move forward.
After 13 years, not one person at SBHG knows how our building is run or how to manage it, they have lost vital documents, clearly have no idea of handovers or H&S regs and use contractors that either rip them off or cause more damage than they fix.
I wish the Green Arrow was here to tell the CEO 'you have failed this city'!... Read more

I’ve been a tenant at SBHG for 27 years. The service used to be great but now it’s appalling. It’s a complete joke and it feels as if the place has been taken over by pirates who are in a state of total anarchy. They don’t care about anything. They don’t do their job. They lie to you. Shepherds Bush Housing Association must be the worst in UK. Avoid at all cost. Their customer service is non-existent. Has not solved any issues in our block. Save yourself a headache and stress and don’t get yourselves involved with this company. Our lift has been broken about 10times in less than a year and they just don’t care and do not communicate with us whether they are doing something about it. At one point it was broken for more than a month. Our car park gate was broken 2x has been left wide open for any strangers to come in our building so far for 10 days now and prior to that about 1 month. No communication to their resident whether they are trying to solve the issue. All my queries no matter how small their customer service cannot assist. Really useless company. And they have the audacity to increase their service charge and rent. There are about 20 spaces in the car park on our building and they gave every single resident in other buildings they own access to the car park in our building so anyone can park there. So it’s a first come first serve basis. About 100 residents fighting for 20 spaces so imagine the headache every time you leave the car park not knowing if you will be able to get a space when you come back. They are building another block of flats near us and I wonder if those residents will share our car park too? Make sure you read the leasehold contract carefully before getting involved with this company because they do not offer any car spaces. And you cannot apply a resident parking permit so you’re stuck with your car without a secure parking space.
I am begging you SBHG, there are so many serious health hazards on our building which you have neglected over the years. I will take a photo of our hallway and add it here until you do something about it. This water ingress has been going on my electric and found out that my neighbours has been suffering for nearly 13 years with no concrete solution. For over 10 years my neighbour has harassed me, threatened to stab me, poured boiling water out of the windows to burn me and my girlfriend, made false allegations to the Police. Has stared through my bathroom, bedroom & kitchen windows and no matter how many pictures or witnesses I have they are still living upstairs. I had to go view a flat during lockdown there was still work being done I sign for it on 2nd of March at office I was ment to be isolated the floors are being levelled tomorrow so when floors done I should be signing for it charging for 6 to 7 weeks of rent for a flat I can't move to, I contacted my MP Andy Slaughter and shepherds Bush housing told him I moved on i5th of March out right lie, you get NO HELP if disabled and moving from them even if moving in house, disgusting... We have now been without hot water and heating for over two weeks. The plumbers that you are sending are obviously clueless as to what they are supposed to be doing. On several occasions I have called repairs to report the boiler now and its a joke. Your Handbook promises safety and warmth ..... yeah right. We sit here as pensioners really cold. My Husband has a severe heart problem and is a diabetic. You say you care about your tenants ? Lies. The boiler is over 20 years old. It seems you are really reluctant to change the boiler and are happy to keep trying to fix a broken and old boiler. This keeps on I will be talking to a solicitor and will claim compensation for all the discomfort you have caused us. You should be ashamed of yourselves.... Read more

landlord from hell!!!
We are living in hell with a terrible landlord. No compassion for the their resident. I was complaining about a fume entering my windows from below flat. My son and my wife where healthy individuals when we moved in this newly build house. Now they both suffering from respiratory diseases. The trauma and frustration this is caused is unbelievable. Had an electrician come and check our electricity as the boiler kept tripping the main circuit box, I’ve never had any man that comes into MY home and speak to me the way he did he was soo rude they way he was speaking to me as I was trying to explain to him what had happened, I was in tears trying to explain to him over and over again, disgusting how he can speak to a woman like that and to be employed to go into peoples home as well, I called my husband when he left and he said why didn’t I call him when he was there, wish I did now. I was just soo shocked that an engineer would speak to me like that. If you had come out on Monday afternoon when I reported the fault you may have been able to find out what was wrong.... Read more

A real shame agency. My bathroom has a humidity on the wall and is going through the bedroom. I am calling you everyday and nothing happens. I have a severe allergy to humidity. I can't use my bathroom properly and I needed to move my bed to the frontroom. I can't use the room at all. Since may, 3 times, 3 different men came to "try" to fix it saying FROM YOU its just lay the lines. These men said that is a complex job and would take more than a week and more than 1 person. After that, calls and some written complaints, nothing happens. Everytime I call to the agency you said a person named John Sheehan needs to contact me. After more than 30 calls I feel that my call back is not coming. Please I can't live like this anymore. My closet has humidity too, I have all my clothes in boxes. I have doctors appointment because I can't breathe in my house because of the humidity. I need a solution now.... Read more
